dude i have doubt you have done 3 semester course...... in order to get pr and 3 years work permit you have to do 4 semester course right.... have you done any alternative course to cover up the 4th semester.....

can i get a job on my prior 3 year of experience(iOS mobile application domain) after completion of this course if i don't get job in data analysts field and how much time will i get to decide rather i opt for another 1 year course or apply for work permit?
You will get an idea about the job market in Canada, when you are in 2nd semester.
as we get only 1 year PGWP...what after that period. do employer extend it easily or it's better to get admission in 2 year course and get 3 year work permit?
