2. Grand gestures
Distribute through free channels or paid channels or maybe both.
Guys this is magic. So grateful for strategic/ tactical day to day ways to get customers and grow your business.
You guys willingly give so much great information about your journeys, and it is greatly appreciated!
This ep was honestly one of my favorite. Great insight and great points on what worked or didn’t work for those scenarios.

Shaan, I was so happy to see your motivated lighting trick in the foreground for ISO stability. It was working awesome, I'm loving the atomic 1% and look forward to the next tweak as you dial it in.
Sam's growth hacking is formidable. You cannot under-appreciate bootstrapping ability.
1) create awareness
2) stoke engagement/conversion (sales)
Those are simple objectives but they can be deceptively challenging. Shaan's ability to create demand via a captive high-rise 'audience' is pretty 'street-smart brilliant'. Very efficient.
Our first software startup, we printed tons of 1-page flyers and canvassed parking lots ('flyer under the windshield wiper'). We got zero (0.00) leads from that. Fresh out of college, you can write code, but you don't automatically know growth hacking.

Hi... I almost did what Shann did with his sushi thing. I made that web-based app in 2014 called e-Lunch, a food (sandwich) Ordering and Delivery portal and did like USD 300 per day from day 1 for almost 6 moths. It all fell apart when we started to get +100 orders a day... couldn't find funds to scale up.
@MatthewLesko. Checked it already, and believe that this type of help is not available for entrepreneurs like me who work outside the US... And actually there goes my point... If you are not for the big Northern "developed" countries, there are very little chances that startups from countries other than the US or European ones can emerge, even if local initiatives exist.
