Shame there is no automated tool to test the channels and offer either a fall to choice for highest streaming or, let the end user know which channels are suggested.
We are looking into this. It's a complex task and we don't want to treat it lightly. There are some features coming to further simplify use and optimizing.
Thanks for video. So far InvisaGig give me slower speed than Verizon 5 G cube , need to play with band I think. But immediately I switch sim card from Verizon cube to InvisaGig, get the email from Verizon that sim card is in new device. Is that normal and I don't need to worry about that ?? THX
You'll want to type the word REPAIR in the main menu and follow the prompts, using the information from your Verizon device. Verizon is very very picky on this. email us for more details.
It is if you don't need a router and wifi. It's easy to use, easy to setup. The GL devices are nice, but they are not the same kind of thing. Not a direct 1:1 comparison. If you already have a router or wifi system, the InvisaGig drops right into the system you already have. The InvisaGig also has features that are easier to use than anything else on the market. Upcoming feature is easy tower locking. In many cases, even if you do want a router/wifi you can choose ANY router that has an ETH WAN port. Old, new, pro, beginner, opensource, closed source, whatever router you want and router OS. No need to get a router made for 5G modem use.
While i like it, i just don't see the speeds compaired to my Cellphone not sure if that could be due to the cellphone having access to mmwave. it gets 1Gbps while my invisigig gets 200-350mbps.
Two factors. If your phone is using mmWave, then you are correct there is no comparison. mmWave throughput/bandwidth is INSANE. Second if your phone is capable of mmWave it also likely has an x65 or x70+ Qualcomm 5G chip, capable of more 5G band aggregates than the current 5G modems on the market. (x70+ is in the latest phones, but modems wont be released until the end of this year, or early next year, just to start testing and developing) We have tested the InvisaGig at 1.3Gbps on only one tower here, it can do it. The available bands on your tower must have the speeds wide open on minimal aggregating bands. Do you know what bands your phone is using, if not mmWave, when getting those speeds?

In short, you have to test them and find the best for you. In general it seems T-mobile is pushing the boundries for high level, non-mmWave, 5G speeds in more locations. Their business unlimited is the most no fuss plan. The Home Internet plan is simple and most can get it. There are others that work too of course. When it comes to truly mobile applications, it really depends on where you are travelling and what coverages they have there. Having more than one carrier really is the universal tool.

Currently there seems to be no push to get FCC approval, from the manufacturers of the modem chips, on the current x65 offerings people are seeing on the market currently. Overseas vendors of the modem modules seem to not care about this, but we have to. We have seamlessly working InvisaGig beta units with x65, but until FCC approval comes, we can't release it; legally. We are actually hoping to see some traction on this around summertime, maybe. As more and more band combinations are capable, the cost to FCC and carrier approve devices goes up higher and higher; making the time to get approvals take longer and longer.
I'm kind of stuck right now, gaming on my current 5G system I have pretty high ping (70-78, 90-98) and started experiencing disconnects, I wanted to get the InvisaGig to try to lock to another tower and maybe get better ping. I have three other towers in the area with the same N71 N25 bands as the current tower I'm using, funny thing is I'm only able to connect to those other 5G towers during heavy rains. I also recently got the green light for Starlink Residential, what would you suggest I do given these options? I would have to be able to return the InvisaGig if I couldn't lock to the other two 5G towers.
If the towers are reachable, you can lock to them. Tower locking is on my list of tutorials to make very soon. There is a built in scan feature to find the tower info, making sure the unit can see the towers you want. Then you use that info to lock to the specific cell you desire.
Would love to see that tutorial in the near future. I have a Insty Connect 5G unit which worked great for 4G Tower Scanning and 4G Tower Locking but basically doesn't seem to work with T-Mobile 5G, how would these two systems differ with that in mind? Regardless of carrier, the InvisaGig can lock to tower cells. I don't know how Insty does cell locking right now, so I can't compare from experience with the interface. Mine has been sitting on the shelf. The InvisaGig gives you more easy to use tools, overall, to fine tune your connection without needing to know a single technical modem command. Even better, you aren't locked to a single router system. You can use it with any router you want.
IC has a Tower Scan and Full Spectrum Scan, when I do a tower scan and full spectrum scan it doesn't come back with any 5G towers but the router is telling me I'm on n71+n25 T-Mobile 5G SA. Mine will probably be on the shelf too soon unless I can sell it. Around a $1,300 unit becoming a paper weight is frustrating. I'd love to try the InvisaGig 5G, my main hang up is if it will lock to the other 5G towers or not, also the return policy because I don't want to waste $650. I have the option to get Starlink Residential too which is about $650 as well but I can return that in 30 days if I need to for a full refund. @@wirelesshaven
many point there : first one I cant test this router because the link you put not sell to Saudi Arabia. the second is : whats the thing that success netgear m6 on it and this router dont !!! netgear make 2 and 3 and 4 connection with deferent band. do it for invisagig 5g ! Thats it more connection.
I think Saudi Arabia has import prohibitions on telecommunications equipment, does it not? I could be wrong. The InvisaGig isn't a router, so it doesn't directly compare to any hotspot devices like the M6 hotspot wifi router. The InvisaGig can aggregate 2x5GNR bands. The new x65 Qualcomm release we are testing now can aggregate 3x bands, but the chips are not yet FCC approved, and are still in engineering stages.
