Hitman 2: Silent Assassin & Collector - Mission 16 Temple City Ambush

The main goal is to collect all weapons in Hitman 2 with SA style.
Weapon: SP12
Yeah, India is a crowded place. In this mission, you need to be very lucky to
have no civilians wandering around you when you try to kill the Yankee hat
assassin. One or two civilians might see the crime scene - which means that
47 has to disguise himself after the assassination. It is surely cool if someone
can complete this mission with all zero status on suits only condition, just
like in this video uploaded by BurstingGlass:

Well, the annoying civilians will screw up everything most of the time, though.
Notes:
1. All three assassins have their weaknesses: (1) the Yankee hat wanderer
might walk very fast, but he turns his head relatively slow, giving 47 a chance
to slit his throat from his back. (2) Although there are fourteen possible spawn
points for the sniper, he is resistless to sneak attack. (3) The purple turban
chaser would turn around after he catches up with 47... another throat slitting
chance for 47.
2. There are totally four SP12 shotguns in this map. One is in the informant's
garage, the other three are hidden behind some grain bags in the streets.
3. The purple turban chaser would eventually find Agent Smith and kill him
after we give the photos to the drunk CIA agent, no matter 47 is seen by the
chaser or not. There are two ways to solve the problem: run to the exit or take
out the chaser.
4. The informant would advise you to visit Carpets Inter in six different ways -
each way represents a corresponding location of the agent's hideout. That's
why I don't need to see the map in this video.

There are different types of alerts in this game, some of them would not count in the final result. In this mission, the alert "an assassin has seen you" just means you have encountered with one of the assassins (in a safe distance), as long as you don't make a "close encounter", everything would be fine.

As for the "looking for a suspicious bald person" part, I was seen by a civilian when I tried to slice the yankee-hat assassin's throat (or when I dragged his body). Since they are not police or enemies, this alert won't count. (They would run to the most nearest police and report what they just saw, but I already hid the body and changed my clothes, so it didn't matter)

What about those two alerts? One was, an assassin has seen you, and the other was, guards are now looking for a suspicious bald person. Shouldn't these have decreased your stealth at the end of the mission? Why weren't those even included in alerts category at the end of mission statistics? Just wondering...
