It's a clown world bro, I feel what you're saying. I just turned 30 and I've never owned a smartphone. I've also only had one relationship and now I'm happy being alone and solitary. My gf was younger and she used tik tok a lot, her sister was even worse. It was clearly influencing them subtly in ways that I don't think they understood because they just thought it was some fun social app thing. I could tell it was changing her though. She started drinking more, behaving more promiscuously, wearing immodest clothes, swearing more, and it just started to weigh on me what was occurring. It changed her, and I'm glad the universe separated me from her before I made the mistake of marrying or even having kids with her. This stuff is pure degenerate social engineering bullcrap straight out of a dystopian horror story. I'm glad I'm the kind of person who enjoys his own company, I stay home on weekends and make music and art while everyone else drinks themselves into another stupor. The fact that most young adults drink 3 or more times a week really says something about how depressed and meaningless they feel, and I pray for them. You seem to be on a good path, don't stop. Most of the people who 'peak early' and run around drinking and sleeping around end up severely depressed and alcoholic for life and look 55 by the time they're my age.
