A fantastic video, LRP! I enjoyed the summary of CPKC's first year. We're getting a lot of "stacks and racks" trains up here too, indicative of the railroad's shifts in priorities.
Well done. As a person who has followed CP for 50 years, the merger with KCS is the biggest news in railroading in my lifetime. This gives the company a huge competitive advantage. Not only a streamlined service between Canada, USA and Mexico but the company can handle containers between Vancouver and the cities of Chicago, KC and Memphis faster than any other company. Vancouver is a day closer to Asia than Long Beach. I look forward to future videos.
I railfan the KCS a long time ago at different times from Kansas City south over Rich Mountain and the Meridian Speedway. It would be nice to do it again IF I had the time.
I’m about a 1/4 mile off of the CPKC New Orleans sub here in Baton Rouge. Still looking forward to sometype of passenger service developing over this line in the next few years. Antrak and the FRA have a proposed route travelling from Dallas, TX to Miami, FL via the sub. And from what I’m noticing, this line isn’t hauling the normal manifests from years prior. All I’m seeing are short locals, boxcars and tanks. Any thoughts on that?
I don't see much rebranding of rolling stock for CPKC at all, it all still seems to carry the old logos. I guess this will only take off once they get significant amounts of new locomotives and wagons?
Lot going on with the railroad so I just overviewed some of the highlights! Ready to see more moves from CPKC!

I got a decent snapshot of the CPKC Army unit, I believe, at Deramus yard on yesterday! Keep up the great work!!!

So far, so good. Impressive in terms of wasting no time in capacity improvement projects.
I wonder when we are gonna see that new paint scheme for CPKC
