Little Big was where it all started which led to The Hatters and now we have Leningrad. I assume anyone associated with Little Big is gold so lets check this group out. I totally like the intelligent reactions of this guy. He really tries to analyze what's going on the screen and does that well, unlike most of other American reactioners who just giggle or yell during the whole video and later say "I didn't understand anything". Another positive moment is his clear speech, not like having a fist in the mouth, as many other CZcamsrs speak, but very clear and distinctive. The Likes Distribution Department of the Russian CZcams Sector approves this video for putting an abundance of likes.

The song is called Kolshchik - The Man Who Fills the Tattoo. This is not a reverse version of the clip.

Notice at 3:26 the shoe on the leg in the tiger's mouth is a Louboutin with famous red sole.
The girl from "Exhibit" was painting her fake Louboutins with nail polish, and was still wearing them when she got mauled by the tiger.
Leningrad likes to put these easter eggs into their videos to show continuity of character's stories.

Great reaction as always! FYI the word "Кольщик" (Kol'shik) indeed means "tattoo artist" or "tattoer" but it's actually a prison slang term. So it refers not to an artist that works in a tattoo parlor but to a guy who makes tattoos in jail. :D

Guess which of the scenes required most of all work? The one with a man falling down on the car of the SWAT team. Because it started snowing heavily. Though the man performing role of the governor will certainly insist that he worked hardest of them all, because of the time it took to make his head. And his character, after having discovered that money in the suit case has bribe written all over it, really looks impressive.
Girl did not cause it all, there was also the copulating couple. The woman kept switching on and off the UV light, so the governor noticed the bills were marked and chucked one of the witnesses out of the window straight on the SWAT team car where one of the team members was playing with the gas grenade. And then the same copulating couple switched on the volcano and, as result, circus went on fire.

Also, 'Kol-shik' is kinda of a slang word for tattoo artist. The literall translation would be closer to 'engraver' or 'person who pricks'. And she is singing in the refrain: 'nakoli' which is a demand and/or request to 'tattoo it'. Out of context it could mean to piere, to prick, to sting, to stab or to thrust (as a general demand).

Florida is so beautiful and her singing is just PERFECT. So great Little Big represented her to the world in Uno and Hypnodancer (and its a pity Leningrad did not - actors in video are great but everybody - in Russia - knows how bandleader Sergei Shnurov looks like and not many know Florida, even her name. Now they finally know-)

You can see that tiger holds the girl's from Exhibit leg and it's wearing Louboutin shoe (with red sole). They often make reference to previous videos. Sometimes it's even same characters. And if you will watch their videos in release order you could catch all references.

This is a song about what happens when everyone does not care about their work and security measures=) People think at work about what they want to do, how to get home faster or about what tattoo to make themselves, instead of what would be serious about work.

Just commented on your other video about reacting to this video, and here I've found it, babyy
The story of this song seems to be banal: girl sing about her ex-boyfriend, that gave no money for the family, always was boring, drinked vodka and then escaped from that woman.
So, the meaning of that song, IMHO, is, like always in Leningrad's has satirical values: woman blames her ex in his escape, but the criminal argo, which she sings, hints that living with that woman was like the imprisonment.
Also, "The Kol'schik" was one the most famous song of Mikhail Kroug, the 90's russian singer, that was singing about criminals, had friendship with bandits and was kulled by the bandits. So, when Florida sings about "The Kol'schik" it looks grotesque and, the same time - refers to Kroug'song (it tells about the ritual of traditional russian kriminal, "the thieves": one of their distinguishing marks is the tattoo of the church & the number of domes onthe church is the number of imprisonments; so Kroug's Kol'schik makes a new dome on someones tattoo, which means that that criminal becoming harder with the new imprisonment; Leningrad's Kol'schik is tattooing Florida's eyebrows, because she is not hard, but want's to look like tough person).
