BLDC മോട്ടോർ ടെക്നോളജി ഉപയോഗിച്ചുള്ള airator ആണെങ്കിൽ 65% എലെക്ട്രിസിറ്റി ലാഭിക്കാൻ പറ്റും. ബ്രഷ്‌ലെസ്സ് ഡയറക്റ്റ് കണ്ട്രോൾ മോട്ടോർ 12/ 24/48/64 volt DC. സോളാറിൽ നേരിട്ട് വർക് ചെയ്യും. ഒരു സാധാരണ സീലിംഗ് ഫാൻ 65 മുതൽ 80 വാട്ട്സ് വരെ എടുക്കുമ്പോൾ BLDC സീലിംഗ് ഫാൻ 28 to 32 വാട്ട്സ് മാത്രമേ എടുക്കുകയുള്ളു. തകരാറും വരുകയില്ല. പെർഫോമൻസ് കുറെ കൂടി നല്ലതാണ്. 2 വർഷമായി ഞാൻ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നു, ഇന്ത്യൻ മേഡ്. ഇപ്പോഴുള്ള airator ഇതാണോ എന്നറിയില്ല. എങ്കിലും സൂചിപ്പിച്ചു എന്നെ ഉള്ളൂ. അക്വാപോണിക്സ്, ഹൈഡ്രോപോണിക്സ് : വളരെ നല്ലതാണ്. പക്ഷെ വളരെ അധികം ശ്രദ്ധ വേണം. വളരെ ചെറുതായി തുടങ്ങി അതിന്റെ എല്ലാ പോരായ്മകളും "പഠിച്ചതിനു" ശേഷം മാത്രമേ എടുത്തു ചാടാവു. ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ തീർച്ചയായും പണി കിട്ടും. ഗൾഫിൽ ഇരുന്നു കൊണ്ടു ഫോർകാസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യുന്നതൊന്നും ഇവിടെ നടക്കത്തില്ല. ഇറങ്ങി തിരിച്ചു കയ്യിലുള്ള കാശ് എല്ലാം തീർന്നു കഴിഞ്ഞ് വലിച്ചൂരിക്കൊണ്ട് പോകാൻ പറ്റിയെന്നു വരില്ല. 70 ലക്ഷം മുടക്കിയിട്ടു 0.01% പോലും റിട്ടേൺ ഇല്ലാത്ത യൂണിറ്റ് എനിക്കറിയാം. ലേബർ കോസ്റ്റ്, സമരം, ബന്ത്‌, ഹർത്താൽ, സ്ട്രൈക്ക്, ഞങ്ങടെ ആൾക്കാരെ വച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ കാണിച്ചുതരാം, എസ്ടാബ്ലിഷ് ചെയ്തു വരുന്നത് വരെയുള്ള ഭീമമായ ചിലവ്,... അങ്ങനെ നീണ്ടു പോകുന്നു. ഒരു ഹോബിക് വേണ്ടി ചെറുതായി സ്വന്തമായി ഡെവലപ്പ് ചെയ്തു കൊണ്ടു വരാം. അതല്ല വ്യാവസായികമായി തുടങ്ങണം എന്നുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ കേരളത്തിന്റെ തൊട്ടു കിഴക്കേ പുറത്തു തമിഴ് നാട്ടിൽ പോയി ചെയ്യുക. അവിടെ എല്ലാ ഘടകങ്ങളും അനുകൂലമാണ്. എന്താണ് കേരളത്തിന്റെ "ശാപം" : വെള്ളം. തമിഴ് നാട്ടിൽ വെള്ളമില്ല; ശരിക്കും കഷ്ടപെട്ടാലെ ജീവിക്കാൻ പറ്റു. കേരളത്തിലോ : ഇഷ്ടം പോലെ വെള്ളം.ഒന്നും കഴിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിലും ജീവിക്കാം. ബാക്കി ഒള്ള സമയം മറ്റുള്ളവരെ എങ്ങനെ ഉപദ്രവിക്കാം - ഇതാണ് ചിന്ത. അതും അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഒരു പള്ളി, ഒരമ്പലം. 18 വയസു മുതൽ 45 വയസു വരെ തമ്മിൽ തല്ലി ചാകാൻ ഒരു മടിയും ഇല്ല. ഒരു മനുഷ്യ ജീവിതത്തിലെ ഏറ്റവും ആരോഗ്യമുള്ള സമയം. ആരെങ്കിലും ഒരു പ്രസ്ഥാനം തുടങ്ങിപ്പോയാൽ...........!!!!!!!! സഹായിക്കേണ്ട, ഉപദ്രവിക്കാതിരുന്നാൽ മതിയായിരുന്നു. ഹ കഷ്ടമേ നിന്റെ പേരോ കേരളം. ഇന്നും നാളെയും (8,9-1-19) ദേശീയ പണി മുടക്കാണ്‌. "പണപ്പെരുപ്പം ഇല്ലാതാക്കാൻ" ഹ ഹ ഹ. എല്ലാ പാർട്ടികളും ഒന്നിച്ചു. മേഡ് ഇൻ ചൈന പ്രോഡക്ടസും വഹിച്ചു കൊണ്ടുള്ള കപ്പൽ എത്തിച്ചേരാൻ രണ്ടു ദിവസം കൂടി ഡിലെ ആകും. അതായിരിക്കും കാരണം. ഇവിടെങ്ങും ഒരു ചുക്കും നടക്കത്തില്ല. കാലിന്റെടെ കയ്യും കേറ്റി വെച്ച് പുതച്ചു മൂടി ചുരുണ്ട് കൂടി കിടന്നുറങ്ങുക. അത്ര തന്നെ. ഗുഡ് ലക്ക്
@@charlyshomestead9201 - not planning to make an industrial (aquaponics) system in kerala, bcoz my opinion is that it is not worth in Kerala. I hv more than 1000 banana plants, some vegitables etc.etc. watering directly by a pump 1 hp from borewell, timer on/off morning 7 mnts evening 7 mnts no need of any attention - important, once in a while check holes closed or not by dirt, algae etc. since 3 yrs it is functining. don't hv an airator yet. A (natural) pool 100'x35' is under construction, 6-8 mnths to complete. After that it'll come in utube. In Kerala, a natural pool with fish, watering morning and evening is enough. returning water again to the tank (pool) is a total waste. Airator : i don't hv an airator system yet. All the drip system installation etc.made by myself. Im also in search of that. If not readily available, planning to assemble one (as i know some techn works). Pumping: Directly frm well thru drip tube, put a small hole near to the plant, close drip tube ends. Im watering some coconut trees, passion fruit plants m(30) also. cost effective. very important. I think u still didn't answer my question about BLDC Pump. I am not planning for anything commercial, but am interested in making an aquaponics setup which works on solar PV. FYI I work in Bangalore therefore less attention system is required to function itself back home in kerala.

If not planning to assemble by using a bldc motor depends on the capacity required. e.g. for smaller units drawn (camera) motors can be used which are bldc., some newgen car radiator motrs are bldc(12v). for the power (wattage) if solar you hv to calculate how many panels required. there are many size panels in the mrkt. for the technical side if you know some knowledge about it, it will be easy. otherwise it is time comsuming to illustrate in detail. but im sure readymade units 'll be available in mkt. check aquarium shops. so can save much time. മത്സ്യ കൃഷി വീട്ടാവശ്യത്തിനുള്ള രീതിയിൽ ചെയ്യുന്നത് ആയിരിക്കും നല്ലത് എന്ന് തോന്നുന്നു. പലതരത്തിലുള്ള മത്സ്യങ്ങൾ കൂട്ടത്തോടെ വളർത്തുകയാണെങ്കിൽ രുചിഭേദങ്ങളിലൂടെ മടുപ്പ് തോന്നുകയുമില്ല. അക്വാപോണിക്സിൽ എല്ലാതരം പച്ചക്കറികളും കൃഷി ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റില്ല. അതുപോലെ എല്ലാതരത്തിലുള്ള മത്സ്യങ്ങളും. ഫീഡീങ്ങ് ചിലവേറിയതാണ്. വാങ്ങുന്ന ഫീഡുകളിൽ പലതരം കെമിക്കലുകൾ ചേർത്തിരിക്കും. ഇറച്ചി കോഴി പോലെ ഇറച്ചി മത്സ്യവും ആരോഗ്യത്തിന് ഹാനികരം എന്ന് പറയുന്ന കാലം വരും. അതിനാൽ എങ്ങനെ ഒരു നാച്ചുറൽ കുളം ഉണ്ടാക്കിയെടുക്കാം എന്നാണ് കണ്ടെത്തേണ്ടത്. NB: ഒന്നോ രണ്ടോ ലക്ഷം മുടക്കിയാൽ അതു തിരിച്ചു പിടിക്കാൻ പല കള്ളത്തരങ്ങൾ ചെയ്യേണ്ടി വരും.

1.അക്വാപോണിക്സ് ബെഡിൽ, ബെൽ സൈഫൺ വെക്കണോ? വെച്ചാൽ വാട്ടർ ലെവൽ വ്യത്യാസം വരില്ലേ !!?? എവിടേലും വെച്ച് വെള്ളം ഓവർ ഫ്ലോ ആയി പോകില്ലേ !!???
2.ഈ സിസ്റ്റം, എന്തെങ്കിലും കാരണത്താൽ, കുറച്ച് നേരം നിർത്തി, വീണ്ടും തുടങ്ങുമ്പോൾ പൂർവ്വ അവസ്ഥയിൽ വീണ്ടും പ്രവർത്തിച്ചു തുടങ്ങുമോ?
3.അക്വാപോണിക്സ് സിസ്റ്റം കൂടെ ആഡ് ചെയ്‌താൽ, mbbr നു പകരം ചെലവ് ചുരുക്കാൻ, നെറ്റ് /സ്പോഞ്ച് ഫിൽറ്റർ എന്നിവ ഉപയോഗിക്കാമോ??

അതിനാൽ എങ്ങനെ ഒരു നാച്ചുറൽ കുളം ഉണ്ടാക്കിയെടുക്കാം എന്നാണ് കണ്ടെത്തേണ്ടത്.
