I bought my Marazzo in August 2021 and I have been repenting till today on my decision. Such a unreliable car. After purchase AC condenser changed twice due to gas leakage and this happened within a gap of 6 months. January 2023 again the AC was dead and Mahindra changed the AC fan motor . The same new replaced fan motor has again failed in March 2023 within 2 months of its replacement. A new car having such basic problems in core of vehicle talks tons about quality of components that Mahindra takes from its suppliers… the only answer that I get from service center is that they will replace it free of cost since it’s in warranty… nobody understands the pain a customer goes through when their brand new car AC fails for 4 times in 18 months… no wonder it could not drive sales and customers rejected it. I was an idiot who wanted to buy Make in India… stupid decision…

I am using it since 3 yrs xuv 500 is really not comparable because Marrazo is having its own personality.....
@@Maratheaman I don't have either xuv 500, nor Marazzo, but I have driven both cars. Marazzo is a good family car, but 500 is different segment car, and xuv 500 is super powerful, and one of the best cars of Mahindra.
Marazzo ka space mujhe bahot pasand hai, jabki xuv ka third row bekar hai, magar power Marazzo ka mujhe jhandu lagi, aur xuv bahot zabardast lagi... comfort bhi zeyada xuv ka achha laga mujhe.
