I sincerely hope Sprite doesn't have bladder stones. Complications from having them is what took my piggy Daisy from me. I don't know how British Vets handle such cases with Guinea Pigs, but here in the US, they tend to "shy away" from surgery on Guinea Pigs who are more than 4 years old. But, I'll join in with positive wishes for Sprite.
i had a schweizer teddy that acted exactly like Lyra! she hated when the others got into cage(tiny wood house) with her and she would kinda kick or make little jumps when they got too close to her butt, i was told that long haired guinea pigs tended to be more quite so i thought it was just my Amy but apperantely not :'D
One of my guinea pigs is named Pixie, my other one is named Sage. Sage is an American breed with tortoiseshell and white coloring, Pixie is an Abyssinian breed with dutch and brown coloring. They are 9 months old, with Sage being 15 days older, I bought them from a pet shop when they were 2 months old.
The pet shop told me how old they were when the breeder gave them to the store and how long they had been there, it totaled up to be that they were 2 months. BouncingAnimals

Great video!!! Love the juices running on the sides of her mouth...Praying Sprite will be fine...A lot of videos are suggesting you get a exotic vet only for the piggies...I be had my Vet for years!! Through a bunny several dogs & piggies too...I noticed you said there were dogs at your vet..So my question is you take your piggies to a regular vet like me right?? Do you have any problems with not having a exotic vet for your piggies? Thx for your help I've really been stressed about this since I do t have a exotic vet no where near me..Dr. Shuttlesworth has been in our family for almost 20 yrs now...Shey

I have a long hsired peruvian and a short haired guinea pig and the short haired is biting the long hair's hair I seperated thrm but can you do a video on that
+Jessica Syiek look up barbering in guinea pigs, I think this is what you describe, I don't think you need to separate them because of it though, if they get along besides a bit of hair nibbling they will be better together :)

All you need to do it get them out and sit with them regularly so they gain a bond, also when you feed them let the piggies stiff around at the food
