Great visuals, but looks like the attendance at the game in your mock-up is about 50. How many does the "Westview" hold - 13,500? Not sure it'll be quite as spacious and airy when they all pile in at half time for a pie and pint...

Mate the westview is so bad, no atmosphere and average view yet Chelsea are charging £240 for Category AA games there.
