I bought a second-hand Clover, with a password, can I restore it?
Long Story short .. No. unfortunately there is not much you can do with that POS since its a second hand device and not attached to your current credit card processor

You are giving these people incorrect information. Clover isn’t going to give them the information to reprovision, is the terminology. To reprovision to another business. Most of these on the Market are from big retailers who went out of business. Don’t buy them, you can’t move to your processor or Bank and Clover will not give you the Bank that sold these to the Big Chain Stores or even the local bank
