Sa Australia sila nakatira, at kung subscriber kayo ni Manay Chona ang lawak ng backyard ng house nila big enough na parang may playground na ang mga anak nila! At kung magpa construct sila dito sa Pinas ng bahay hindi nila matutukan kasi nasa Australia sila! So maybe that's why they prefer or considering to purchase or buy a condo unit in the future. Huwag po tayo pala desisyon.

Be careful when purchasing a condo. Choose something na very safe and secured. Baka tirhan ng ibang agents na may susi, mga staff, etc if alam nilang nasa australia kayo lagi

Most of the people works on selling condo units are helpful but with benefits. Syempre gusto nila bumili ka for their commissions. At mahilig sila sa libre, everytime nagooffer yan sa abroad , mga users yan sa mga pinoys dito for free stay in. Then pag tinulungan mo sila makabenta, yun promise nila na komisyo mo na 3% ay di na ibibigay pag uwi nila ng pinas. Ingat lng chona dont be trustful.

Megaworld is the developer of Mckinley condos . Uptown area is more expensive since it is new area compare to Mckinley.
honestly if they're in the 100sqm+ range anyway, it's better to go with Ayala or Rockwell na. DMCI is usually recommended for those who are looking for value in the lower range of the market.

It wouldn’t be wise to buy condominium. I’d rather buy house and lot where I can have a front and backyard. Mas maganda yung big space especially if you have active children like yours, manay. You can build or buy bigger house and lot + car for the price of that condo for sure.

Yes personally if I can afford to purchase a property house n lot ang pipiliin ko for personal reasons din. But because it is not me and as subscribers of this family vlog i am happy for them if they decide to go for this property hnd nmn nila I consider na bumili Kung wala silang personal reason and think it would benefit them with this purchase. Enjoy the vlog and trust them to make the right decision and continue to support them.
Enquire mo po monthly dues, home owners association and officers. Sa case naman, corrupt yung officer namin kaya nabaon sa utang sa mga bills at umabot na maputulan ng mother meter.

Ok yan madam, beside need nyu yan everytime mag visit kyo sa Pinas if you want to take relax before going to province meron na kyo pagstayhan. Yan naman trend dito sa Pinas ng me pera bili ng condo sa manila then patayo ng malaking bahay sa province and also malaki na mga kidos if they want to go to the PH for vacay, business or projects they have property to stay within metro manila. It's a good investment for personal use as well as business.

Condos in PH is not good investment, everyone knows that. It’s difficult to resell. If you are only planning to stay in Manila for couple of weeks, and only visits Ph once a year, buying a condo is not ideal. It’s better to stay at hotels, no hassle, and you can go to different hotels every time you visit PH. Just my opinion.

Good investment ng condo developer first megaworld unang una hindi sila mahigpit sa unit owner poyde mag pa Airbnb. Short stay , poyde 1 year contract. Dependi yan sa inyo kung may budget kayo pro kung wala kayo extra money wag kayo bumili ng condo. At wag kayo bumili din ng condo na hindi highend at developer . Pag gusto ng business go makati at bgc dahil target nyo torista or foreigner na 1 year contract . Mas gusto nila dyan na lugar malapit sa lahat work at iba pa. Pro expected nyo na minimum 10 m to maximum 12 or 13 m price for 1 bedroom only 40 to 55 sqm. Lang sukat , I remember I bought 1 bedroom it was 2017 pre selling that time . 55 sqm at the front of mitsukoshi mall bgc . Near everywhere’s name it . The price very expensive. Take note pre selling pa yon ah . At 2017 pa po, the contract price , 13,000,000 . Included everthing bago ka makalipat sa condo may babayaran kang mahigit 300k sa admin .
@@tygatan5213yun na nga, too much hassle to own a condo na ipapa airbnb lang. there are so many fees to pay, hire agents to list/manage your condo if the owner is not in the country. Yes I do own a condo, just not in Manila. Ang sinasabi ko, mahina ang kita sa condo. Sa sobrang dami na tinatayong high rise condo sa BGC, walang shortage, which means not the best investment.

Yun sa friend ko nag-start ang monthly dues ng 2,500. ang monthly dues ngayon ay 5k plus na habang yun building ay naluluma na. Hindi ok na maging investment for retirement. Bukod pa ang pagtaas ng binabayaran sa Real Property Tax at yearly Fire Insurance.
