Fun fact about that ruby ring shop seller. That guy used to have a unlimited stock of them back pre eoc around 2005-6. You could buy them and fill your inventory up. And alch them for profit. Even with buying the nature runes back then. Was one of the most popular places back in the day to level up mage. If you had the patience to click on every ring in your inventory. This was patched due to bots of course. But a lot of people do not know this.
I did do drift net weaving up to... 71 crafting, then swapped to banked blue dhides for bodies. Was weaving them for myself, though - drift net fishing is the way I like to get hunter xp. It was pretty enjoyable, I'd say, apart from getting all the jute fibers.
I'm always impressed by your dedication to the "bit" I feel myself dying a bit inside for every second I spend not using an optimal xp/hr training method

My thoughts on the Zanaris market is: I'm so glad you're acknowledging it exists because I love D-longs and was worried they'd be skipped over in this small area where they have a chance to exist. I'm kinda surprised they haven't been more of a 'shot for' target in general, but I suppose the adventure to secure Jobe a home has been critical in the meantime.
One use I can think of for the Irksol shop is early Ring of Forging on an Ironman (when you don't have the crafting level). There might be easier ways to get it that I don't know of/can't think of but if I knew about this shop at the start I probably would have just bought membership before Dragon Slayer (was training smithing) instead of waiting until after. You can get it enchanted for a few thousand at the GE from some NPC iirc

In RS3, Fairy Tale part 3 gives free access to the marketplace, but also, they did add one reason to go there. Safecracking. Along with the Rogue's castle and a fortress near Ghorrok, Zanaris has the highest level safes.
FUN FACT: after the trade restrictions in RS2 became a thing, originally, the ring shop at 10:00 was an extremely good way to trade currency to another player- youd buy and sell rings and alch them for profit. the pain

The drift nets money making method was one of the first money making things I did when I started playing and had no clue what I was doing (alongside mud runes and unf potions xD), a few years ago. Was really fun and good gp for a while and helped me get gear and stuff for quests (I was aiming for the quest cape at the time). Fun times :D
I recently binged both of your series, so I'm happy to see a new upload! Regarding crafting leather items, I take it the crafting guild and therefore tanning leather is off limits? If not you can get a Brown Apron from Tool Store 3 once you start getting some oak planks. That could ultimately lead to black d'hide armor... Great video!
i farm jute with my farm runs, make drift nets and dabble in the drift net fishing below, either way if i ever need to i can drop them to my main to help pay for a bond :P they stack up nicely
