That was wonderful. There is an inner child within all of us that has been suppressed, silenced, and tormented for a very long time. We need to find that inner divinity and assure ourselves that everything is and will be okay. 🙏🏼

Gosh, i know this is me....the absolute panic over what's going to happen. I feel a nit of Samadhi today, such a lovely day outside playing with mu 3 year old but feeling so so bad for Beirut and at the same time, im split feeling the peace but with a separate compartment of myself still living in a state of fear and survival because i live with a man who truly has NPD and extreme anger and violence, but im trapped im this situation and the love and peace i feel now jist disappears depending on the mood hr comes home in. Im afraid he will kill me if i l eave with our son so I've been trying so hard to focus on myself inwards and think of Tibetan monks and the way they handled their fear while the Chinese communist party destroyed their homes and killed their families... surely if they can survive such whores and still have such inner peace and love then I must quit complaining and just meditate my way through this Tyrant that lives in my home and controls me I truly can't escape out words so I must practice this with everything I have to go in words.... and I love this channel so much thank you Craig you have helped me more than you could ever know!

Thank you very much for this video. It was helpful. However, what do you do when everything is not okay in the present moment? I could list countless examples but I don't want to sound negative or like a fear monger so I will just leave it at that. This sounds like a helpful practice IF everything actually is okay in the present moment. But what if it's not okay in the present moment and there's not much or anything you are capable of doing at the moment to help, improve or change the situation?

My understanding is, I can't really deal with what's not okay in the present moment until I find can that place deep within where everything within is ok.
