Day 1 of trying to get bob, the chances are incredibly low but against all odds, before I’ve gotten something 2nd try with a 1/10000 chance of getting or 0.01 so I’m positive I can get it, maybe you can too?

Because, if you're too far away from a player or everyone, Bob will stand still. Bob has to target someone inorder to get the badge.
