What on earth are you talking about? The troopers in khaki come out periodically to check on the horses and give them water to drink. This takes a few minutes at most, and has nothing to do with the sex of the Guard on horseback. There are both male and female police officers on duty too, again absolutely nothing to do with whoever is on horseback.
Those female guards don't need anyone to protect them, they are well trained in combat. They are not there as ornaments. Chauvinist
