This is what I think about the theme of the house -
Old Age people won't find solace in an exclusively WARM setting, specially if it's all surrounding u 24×7. Represents harsh SunLight. Younger lot would also develop temper over long term. There has to be a balance in everything. A mix of warm & cool surroundings with cool theme having equal, if not higher, overall cover area.
Noticed how he mentioned that he found the owner sitting in the Garden area more than often? Because Garden represents cool setting. Represents shade from harsh sunlight. Don't get me wrong, Sunlight is absolutely necessary & nourishing. Point is it becomes harsh when u r directly under it 24×7 or u have it in your sight (the theme) 24×7.
I wish that family beautiful, healthy & peaceful life for entirety.

For a small space the design and idea of garden and security paprabola is fantastic especially the roof elevation and step down deck and garden look fabulous all rooms are spacious to resemble the luxurious.
