Important points

•When we start calculating shear force from the RHS then we need to consider the forces at the RHS of a section.
•• We can draw a section at any point to find the shear force at that point.. but remember that you have to consider only the forces which are at the RHS of that section

SIGN CONVENTION
••• Simply remember that if the forces at the RHS of the section is acting downward take it positive.
•••• If the forces at the RHS of a section is upward take it negative.
