How refreshing to have an actual hockey coach who has his finger on the pulse of the game and the pulse of the team. Haven't had a real coach in this organisation for over a decade.
Huge difference between GG presser and Lavi's. Lavi's are always spot on with how each game transpired and what their deficiencies were. GG just smiled and laughed alot.
I just want to say Lavy seems pretty honest as always about quality of play and the interesting comparison that is coming to mind is Sheldon Keefe and what he said about the Leafs last game

Reading everybody’s comments acknowledging what a great coach Laviolette is it’s amazing how focused he has them playing compared to gallant. This is definitely going to be a long hard road to the cup but if they win it they definitely deserve it LFGR!!!!
