The listener is guided through a transformation into a dragon and is taken on a dream journey to a mountain. The listener is instructed to close their eyes and imagine themselves becoming a dragon, experiencing the sensations and emotions associated with the transformation. They explore a mountain, feeling at home in nature and encountering a mysterious cave. They find a glowing rock inside the cave and feel a deep sense of sleepiness and comfort when they hold it. As they sleep, their body undergoes a complete transformation into a powerful dragon. When they awaken, they realize they are now a dragon and feel the strength and abilities that come with their new form. They fly around the mountain, protecting the animals and observing the beauty of their surroundings. However, they eventually sense a human intruder climbing the mountain and confront them to ensure their intentions are harmless. Once the intruder leaves, the listener returns to their cave to rest and dream as a dragon.

Thank you so much. I really appreciate the thought of creating this meditation. Instead of falling asleep, I got up and felt an inner empathy for my companions, like a protector. My mind is clear and I'm not thinking about that much whatsoever. This is the second time I've been through hypnosis, even with the mind occasionally wandering, I just let it wander and enjoy the experience. Thanks for giving me this fun and reminding me of who I am. Someone who cares about their friends.

@@Nimja The only weird thing is that the first few times I listened to this file, I could easily envision the entire thing how I imagined how you described everything. A forest-like clearing around me in the early morning, a large mountain that looked like the Paramount Pictures logo, the stalagmites and stalactites in the cavern, a dark blue gemstone in which it's power transformations me into a dragon that looks kinda like the one I have as my profile picture, my dragon self flying around the mountain and over the valleys behind it, encountering the intruder that looked like a medieval peasant, imagining a white flower the peasant needed for his healing potion and seeing him leave my territory on his horse once he finds said flower as I go back to the cavern and go back to sleep. Every single time, I was able to easily envision this happening exactly how I described it, but recently it's become more difficult to do so again. Weird. I wonder why.
Maybe because you know it well? Combining it or giving it a rest for a while can help.

Tried this as my first hypnosis. Got really relaxed, amd could feel something on my back, like beating wings, but couldn't go all the way. Gotta practice this more. Any tips?

All these transformation videos are fake. Magic and spells aren't real and it's impossible to transform into a dragon. Be careful of what you believe on the internet. If you're unsure, ask your parents or teacher

So, I may be a year late, but this was very enjoyable, and my brain was able to fill in specific dialogue based on your guidelines. However, I have aphantasia, and as such could not actually visualize anything that was happening. I had all my other senses, and it was still very powerful, but I could not actually see. Do you know of anyway to get a transformation, or any other hypnotic effect, to be visual, or made, for someone with aphantasia, or is it impossible due to its nature?
Yes, you can figure out a way to translate them for yourself. To put the ideas into abstracts that you can parse. And this is one of the funnest ways to practice that.
