  • Lorenzo is a master of his craft, so most anything he does stands out. How do you push the envelope when you're on the top of your game? Well 17th Kingdom does it, experimenting with all new hourglass shaped cards and a unique tuck to match. Enjoy this look at the deck!

I bought this deck on eBay earlier this week. Worth every penny! The characters remind me of what you'd see in a Moebius comic, or something sci-fi related from Heavy Metal magazine. I'm keeping this one sealed, but I will definitely order the mass production version as well later this year. Thanks for the great review!

Just managed to snag one as a new patreon member and I am looking forward to it (and I got the gilded orange Notorious Gambling Frog) :P Looking forward to what Stockholm 17 produces this year!

Does the hour-glass shape of the deck have some kind of historical precedent? Or is this *literally* the first time it's ever been used?
I kinda don't like it much, it'd be far better to, I don't know... have RECTANGLE shaped cards
If Lorenzo is harkening back to some obscure 13th century Italian pre-Renaissance something or other, then I love it, lol.
