I went to this market by chance as I was visiting Taling Chan floating market. There was a boat tour from Taling Chan floating market that will go to Khlong Lat Mayom market and Wat Takien market. I think Khlong Lat Mayom market is the most interesting of all these 3 markets so I will go again if I have the chance :)

Are the vendors honest? Do they charge higher prices for foreigners? I hate that. When it happens at any stall or shop, I never return to that vendor. Sometimes I have a Thai friend go to ask the price.
