No boss encounters are random, or a matter of chance like other videos have mentioned. If you never die to a boss fight, every boss fight will be different the next attempt, until you have faced all the bosses, then encounters become random. It's the same for Berserkers, if you never die, each berserker will be different from the previous one, except every 3 runs, you will faced the King, if you beat him the next Berserker will be a different Berserker from the previous ones, until you have faced all the Berserkers.
While searching for other videos, I didn't see any videos showing all boss fights in Show Me Mastery Difficulty and No Damage, most have half of the bosses missing, and some have all the mid-Bosses, but some Berserkers are missing.
You have the build at the end of each Berserker fight.
And at the end of the video, there is The Impossible Devs Challenge: Kill King Hrólf Kraki & Týr with The Penalty of Breaching.

I love how your strat for the berserkers mostly boiled down to nuking them with whatever runic you had. Ngl i didnt like fighting them in main game and im probably not going to like fighting them when i finally man up and do the forum fight. Gg

anyone else feel like the camera should be way more zoomed out, at least for combat encounters, that way we can fully see Kratos and all the crazy attacks he and his enemies throw out?

To unlock him, you need to complete the last story mission: "The Work, Part 3: Benevolence", and start a new run. In the area before fighting Týr, you need to slay 7 of Chosen Slain to open the gate leading to the Forum, then you can fight the first Berserker Hardrefill The Callous, you must beat him, then beat Týr.
Then start a new run. You must do the same again, but this time you will face another Berserker Fraekni The Zealous, you must beat her, then beat Týr.
Again start a new run. And again, you must go to the Forum, but finally, this time you will face the Berserker King.
And from now, on every 3 runs, you will face the King.
(You can find The Forum on the Upper Level by climbing the left wall from the main area, then head right to climb another wall, then you can see a platform leading up to The Forum in the middle of this area).
