But I want to ask something how about earthquakes in Thailand ? Construction companies use Japanese system for high-rise buildings ? As a foreigner, I can’t buy villa etc .. Even low-rise buildings have 10 -15 floors :) On average an earthquake will hit near Thailand roughly every 21 days. A relatively large number of earthquakes occurred near Thailand in 2022. A total of 42 earthquakes (mag 4+) were detected within 300 km of Thailand that year. The strongest had a 5.9 magnitude.
