I think as poor as we have been recently its probably the right time for klopp to leave. But that said even in his worst seasons he has brought silver to the club and in his best has won the biggest honours in world football against clubs playing with a cheat code. The man has to be ranked up there with the very best legends in our clubs history and to be remembered with nothing but love. Thanks Jurgen, you were far from normal.

The euros are going to mean Arne probably wont have his full team back until the end of July at the earliest. Which gives him around 2-3 weeks to teach the main core of the squad a whole new tactical set up. That's worrying me.

The ending to Klopp’s reign has been disappointing and very sad. I feel for him most. I’m annoyed at some of these senior players. They’ve been too lackadaisical since the FA Cup shock exit. We missed leaders like Henderson, Milner and Fabinho to encourage people where to be on the pitch. I don’t know where we go after Jurgen leaves. You just have to pray Edwards and Hughes get every transfer spot on in the summer.
I trust Edwards more than Klopp. He will already have the new signings lined up together with who’s leaving. If he hadn’t come back I’d be more concerned. The fact everyone has come back since Klopp announced he was leaving shows there was obvious fractions between them and Klopp.

This is not the time to be critical... watch this interview and it will sum up my sentiment at the moment. His exact era should be based on the collection of moments of joy he provided us, not trophies. Simple fact... if it wasn't for city and Madrid he would've had more trophies too, but the playing field was never a fair one

People will shit on the league cup, but winning it turned this season from a disappointing one to a decent on. Its a shame most of team wasn't fit for the final but at least they've got a medal. Could be important in handling the pressure for future big games, especially with Klopps experience gone

It took Arteta 5 years to build Arsenal to this level, but It took Klopp with less budget 4 years to win UEFA C.L reach final 3 times and finish 2nd in EPL 3x winning EPL convincingly in 2020. He is the great manager to lose in modern football.
It’s not alike for like comparison, but this team reminds me a lot of what we were like before we got fabinho we just didn’t have that last piece of steel, I’m not saying it’s necessarily the defensive mid position, but this team has a bit of that vibe. Which sucks, but I really don’t think we are that far away, and the table proves it.

Historically, this has been one of our worst seasons defensively under Klopp. We can definitely improve from this.
Klopp had a year to resolve the problem in the defence and telling now that it's for the next coach and everyone find it normal

I think that Jurgen was demob happy at Villa. 3 - 1 up and coasting, he decided to change half the team and as soon as the second goal cock-up happened it was obvious that we weren't going to win. I suppose we had nothing to play for, but I suspect that Jurgen was more concerned with giving as many of his boys a run out, rather than, as he should have done, let the guys who were winning the game see it out. At least if we say 'Jurgen out' we know that it will happen.

Where is the logic in not blaming the defense and passing the buck to MF. Quansah gets walked by by Ole Watkins so easy- my grandmother of 92 can run faster and defend better for Villas first goal. We Know TAA is AWOL , he as been all season and the last 3 seasons.
Villa shredded van Dye and Quansah by Baliey over and over again. Bailey ball across the Liverpool box in the first - OUR 2 CB's Quansah and Van Dyke are doing impression of Nelson- you know the one the Column in London the statue watching.
Gapko is so far offisde, its only on side because Gomez is slow to reach DIAZ pass . Worse of the Night is Van Dykes drilled pass to Mac Allister- when Gomez is on the left side clear and its a simple ball. I would deduct Van Dyke a months wages for that pass.
The Defense as been the problem all season- Endo-Mac allsiter have done brilliant- they completely snuff out CITY and KDB an Rodri are withdrawn.. Elliott is not a MF player, he does not know how to defend , and all MF players defend. Time to clear out Van Dyke- Konate- Jones- Tmiksa and send Gravenberch on loan to Fulham or another premier league team so he gets upto speed...
