Not going to lie. His acting is over the top but it works for what this movie is. Though, some of his less over the top scenes and lines still have fine delivery. It is very cheesy but I still love it. I definitely love even more that they evolved this character into something even more terrifying. It really is a blessing that Cobra Kai was able to bring back basically every actor aside from Dutch’s actor and Patt Morrita.

I love that we saw more of Terry’s and John’s backstory in Cobra Kai we saw how Terry obviously feels guilty cuz his radio went off giving away their position resulting in Ponytail’s death then being a POW and watching his squad being forced to fight to the death for the amusement of the Viet Cong after that whole ordeal it made perfect sense why Terry developed a cocaine addiction to cover up for his severe PTSD it’s like Terry said “My father wants me to put Karate and Vietnam behind me but idk if I could ever go back to a normal life”
Terry Silver is so much better of a villain than Kreese ever was. He's more charming and a better fighter too which is odd. It was always alluded that Kreese was the better fighter and had a more fierce reputation especially after Cobra Kai season 4 thoroughly established Silver was the beta to Kreese' alpha status but what we all see in every part of Karate Kid 3 and Cobra Kai is Silver is a thoroughly better fighter than Kreese and it's not subtle. I don't get how he was a bit of a sissy in the war and Kreese was a badass. It doesn't fit well with what we see in the films and series. Terry would embarrass Kreese in combat yet he acknowledged him as his superior over and over. Quite annoying until he finally usurped him at the end of last season.
I think it was due to his loyalty. Terry is a twisted man, but his loyalty is incredibly strong. After kreese saved him from that hell hole, he put all his trust in him.
He wasn’t a better fighter than Kreese. Just more cunning. Silver was always exposed for the coward that he was when the numbers/deck weren’t stacked in his favor.

To be honest when I heard cobra Kai season was going on I thought it was too old to bring it back but when I heard Terry Silver was coming back I became interested too watch because his character in karate kid 3 was so powerful one of the best villain role I'd ever seen the man knows how too steal the show every time as he still had that old Quick Silver type of attitude I thought he was the best actor out of all no doubt he rocks.

Looking back now as an adult who live thrillers and suspense. I think it would have been badass if they just had the introduction of silver without you ever knowing that he was part of Cobra Kai. Out of everyone's return to cobra kai Terry Silver was the one that got me the most excited/hyped he was easily my favourite villain and bloody hell did they deliver on his return. He's even more menacing than ever the only thing that was dissapointing and a let down was that we never got to hear his classic laugh that's the only thing that was missing. But other than that it was so good seeing him back again I just remember getting crazy excited when they teased him at the end of season 3.
Wouldn't be surprised to find out Zlatan was indeed inspired by Silver to create his public persona. He really does resemble him, from the ponytail to his fighting chops.

Looking back now as an adult who live thrillers and suspense. I think it would have been badass if they just had the introduction of silver without you ever knowing that he was part of Cobra Kai. And then after the reveal at the car dojo that kreese isn't dead you see all scenes seeing it into motion

Out of everyone's return to cobra kai Terry Silver was the one that got me the most excited/hyped he was easily my favourite villain and bloody hell did they deliver on his return. He's even more menacing than ever the only thing that was dissapointing and a let down was that we never got to hear his classic laugh that's the only thing that was missing. But other than that it was so good seeing him back again I just remember getting crazy excited when they teased him at the end of season 3.
