Yo yo can you try AMD a6-4400m with HD 7520G
@@kingstonLoo777 why are you asking Ali? It's not his channel
All of the stuttering in Cyberpunk might be because the IGPs don't have dedicated Vram, and thus the Vram bandwidth and speed is way slower. Man, if IGPs got some kind of dedicated Vram, the fps would sky rocket.
Yeah very likely!
yeah if the igpu had dedicated something like 8gb gddr6 would be really good
That's the plan with 3D stacking or Intel's Foveros. The idea is to place the memory on top of the stack. This way the CPU and GPU have dedicated RAM on package which speeds things up exponentially.
@@RevDrCCoonansr Dont need to complicate things to make this expensive to use HBM , better to use DDR5 ram with quad channel with more bandwidth thats enough for this APU, this APU isnt impressive than previous gen like its seems an overclocked one, moving from 6nm to 4nm die area is halved, so they could have packed twice CUs in this gen for almost 80% more performance.
@@vmafarah9473 I said nothing of memory type.
It's amazing how powerful integrated graphics have become
Let's see how long it will take Intel to catch up with AMD's igpus
my thoughts exactly imagine in the next 2+ years
@@slaydog5102arrow lake
@dannybarzegar1621 its already coming dude. 15th gen. Right after this raptor lake refresh were getting a 2.2x performance increase from iris
is this better then a AMD FX 8350 with GTX 980 ?
Zwormz gaming banner backside is so sick :D personally huge fan of integrated graphics, everything goes toward it
This is on almost on par with my Acer Swift that comes with RTX3050 35W. Stunning!
Damn, pretty impressive!
To be fair this "integrated GPU" is using up to 60W (though I guess it's the whole CPU+GPU).
@@zWORMzGaming indeed. The performance akin to GTX1660ti Max-Q or GTX1060 Desktop. And this Radeon 780m is in the same league.
@@cheese186 is that only the Igpu or whole package of Apu it self? 60 for CPU and GPU? My Swift X typical run at 15-20w for CPU and 35-40 for GPU. So if it is one package, that would be the same.
@@TheAcabae 1660ti max q is comfortably ahead, it gets 5000 graphics in time spy, this apu barely breaks 3000 though
Love your videos man, keep up a good job💪
I love the videos where you test some kind of random mini PC❤
I love everytime you upload man
I wonder if they'll make a socketed am5 version of this. The mobile chip is exciting for handelds or small laptops with long battery life. A full power desktop version would be where this gets really interesting though. On top of diy sff builds, they could probably make for some great budget builds if the price is right.
Doubt it but ASRock makes a Deskmini AM4 mini PC so might be one to look out for.
Love it how you started the video with two of the most demanding games
VEGA will be proud of what RDNA has become
In the Bios you can "set" vram amount and it will then be dedicated use for the graphics.
Beelink GTR 7 PRO Or Minisforum UM790 Pro?
Your every videos makes my day
I wish the price was more affordable and I believe your performance is being limited by the maximum wattage this mini pc is capable of. If you compare a regular 780M graphics to this mini pc, you're losing around ~10-15%, maybe more. In any case, I would like to see you review the pocket-sized Minisforum EM680 PC. There will also be an EM780 with the 780M version and I'm really interested in those two.
It seem like the future when integrated gpus can be a budget PC for AAA games come near, i can feel it!!!
I agree, never pre order video games. Wait for reviews and Kryzp's great benchmarks.
😉
GSYNC also had flickering issues which for me occured in almost every game. It took me a while to figure out that GSYNC was the issue but ever since I discovered that like a couple years ago I haven't used GSYNC since. It is unfortunate you can't even use the things your monitor comes with without having technical issues. But without GSYNC, it is fine because I never had GSYNC before this monitor so I didn't really care as much
Nice attention to detail the way they sink the SSD controller heat into the case. Very nice. 1:00
I like how you and RandomgaminginHD go toe to toe on budget segment systems.
I am interested in a mini pc based on AMD 7940 HS CPU but I hesitate between UM790 Pro and GTR7 Pro. I'm thinking of changing the SO-DIMM RAM to Kingston Fury Impact DDR5-6000Mhz CL38 32GB or GSkill Ripjaws DDR5-5600Mhz CL40 64GB, installing an NVMe Aigo P7000 2TB SSD and if I turn to the GTR7 Pro, I'll change the wifi card by an Intel® Killer™ AX1675 Wi-Fi 6E and BT5.3
For you which is better the UM790Pro or the GTR7 Pro?
Do you think my ideas for improvement make sense?
Thanks for your advices.
heard higher speed ram helps alot because the igpu uses it as vram? maybe try the fastest ddr5 ram you have and see? nice vid btw
Do you think this could handle the Oculus Link for some basic PCVR applications/games? Or does that require a dedicated GPU
congrats on 420k subs
this channel deserves more views
You are a great person, Kryzzp. Keep going!
Thank you :)
@@zWORMzGaming No problem! :)
You too kind person!
@@zWORMzGaming It's just you being an awesome benchmarker :)
Nice vid, and really nice shirt.
Hope to see you go back and testing GPU intel ris again ❤
Man, i do love your t-shirt:)
Nice reaction / Review.
"My dad has a GTR!" Lol. great vid as always.🎊
is there option in bios for apu to use more ram as vram? i think u did something like that with other apus, also faster ram would prob be better for apu
I’m wondering if your going to try the asus rog ally Ik you didn’t buy the steam deck but it seems interesting to benchmark it
btw , you always do gpu tests and stuff, will u ever start doing cpu benchmarks?
Yes :)
Integrated Graphics have come a long way wow! I still remember my A10-9700 back then it was awfull... but mostly of the weak CPU :D I´m seeing the A770 there in the background 👀I can´t wait to hear your opinion on ARC right now, since I am selling my 2 Month old A770 because of the still very unstable and underpowering Drivers. I love the design and that it has 16GB VRAM, but even the best Hardware brings you nothing when the Software is still bad. Intel still has to come a loooong way in the GPU Market :D Still need to find a new 350€ GPU tho
It's not as bad as it was a whole year ago, the continuous driver updates have been fixing its performance problems, including some of the DX9 games using DXVK tool
look for a 2nd hand RX 6800
as for new, either RttX 3060Ti or RX 6700 XT are your only choices in this price point
@@GewelReal Yeah AMD GPUs are so well priced right now... but I´m a RT lover and AMD GPUs just aren´t that good at it. Used 2080 Ti´s are Cheap tho so maybe I´ll grab one of these
@@timsrama7578 Turing has comparable or worse RT performance to RDNA2. Only advantage of 2000 series is DLSS
@@GewelReal Yeah I just saw some Benchmarks and I really underestimated the 6800 :o Even with some RT it´s really good and the 16 Gigs are really future proof. And they are going for 300-400€ here in Germany. Thx for the advise, looking for some good deals on it now! :)
Cyberpunk was a surprise to me. Seeing it even reach 40fps is impressive but of course with every title pretty much after 2020 comes with stuttering
cyberpunk is probably one of the most bandwidth heavy games out there, so I'm not surprised by all that stuttering.
Kryzzp maybe I missed you mentioning this somewhere in the video, but in case you don't know, the footage is in 30fps making the gameplay look a lot slower than it really is!
Yeah I only noticed after rendering, the capture card recorded some clips at 30 fps 😧
i was looking for this comment
this beelink gtr 7 pro isnt avaiable where i live but for 869 euro here atm u can get 6700 xt 12gb, r5 5600, 32 gb ddr4 3200mhz, b550, 600w psu, pc case, 2tb pci3 ssd m2
How loud is the fan on the GTR7 during gaming vs idle ? Decibels?
Is that a USB-C PD port on the back sitting next to the AC power port? Please say yes 🙏
great stuff!
Would you mind trying to open a 24MP raw file in Adobe 's 2023 Camera raw and do "Masking" -> "Select Background" .. the 680M had trouble with this (taking several seconds) , where its close to instantaneous on nvidia's)
Congrats on 420k
Thank you :)
Best reviewer with warzone benchmarks!
hey can you rip out the WIFI card and slap in the m.2 oculink adapter and run a external gpu?, Would be great to see how this cpu compares to older am4 cpus, not being limited to the on board gpu. usb4 is really too slow for External gpu.
i'had the same problem today in cyberpunk it was stuttering only around that area despite that i' have just 4gb vram and i'm running it at 1080p dlss quality with most settings on high without RT of course
Guys what application gives the system performance of the game? The one on the upper left of the screen with the temp and all.
iGPU's cache starved in Dota since it has to share some of its cache with the CPU. Maybe if you used core pinning by assigning only 4c / 8t or 6c /12t to the game it would run a bit better.
Those are some real headphones!
I like that "GTR" logo
great video, great product, but to expensive
thanks for the video
What app did you use to display fps and others
If I wanted to, can I connect a hard drive to this PC and add more space for my steam game downloads?
rx 6700 xt next? i would love to see how the gpu im about to buy will run minecraft java, csgo, valorant, apex, warzone 2, fortnite, halo infinite and forza horizon 5 at 1080p high settings
While this device is great for an APU, the price leaves something to be desired where you get a desktop for the better performance or a gaming laptop with slightly more performance and have a complete portable package
its because its new, you can get ryzen 5700u mini pc for 200 euro, its not that much slower then this.
@@budgetking2591it's VERY much slower
@@budgetking2591 Being new has nothing to do with it, you can get new PC with low end GPU like 4060 that will outperform this thing.
@@harryshuman9637"low end"
@@bluenighthawk5611 You can go with 3050 or Intel A770, both are faster than GTX 1060.
i knew that you will test it
I compared this with ur r7 apu and how does the r7 outperform higher wattage r9??
1:58 Wow Kryzzp has his nails done for the video
Hey, can you please add also assassins creed unity in the benchmarking videos? Sometimes it’s more intensive than even rdr2 due to the streets of Paris being busy and always happening on screen
Hello broo Love from India and australia❤️
would you please make a benchmark for RX 6800 XT or not XT please?
What about ram temps? I saw in another video it gets really hot
420K subs... NICE :)
can it handle crucial p5 plus. pcie.4.0 660 mb/s ?? or it will run too hot for this mini pc ?????
Here is an idea (quite stupid but you might like it) : would you compare it to the GTX780 ? They have a similar name and I believe the performances would be quite close in some games.
I was thinking about it 🙂
@zWORMzGaming is yours still alive? I've seen a lot of people reporting their GTR7 dying after a few months of "heavy" usage.
The clear cmos button in the front is a little wierd. How often do you use that?
if size really is important, sure. But no. This is not for most. Just build an itx mini pc for the same money and have a much better experiance! Nice vid tho :)
Can u make a comparation with the hx99g ??
he can you pls tell me how do you get full gpu load on mw2 i have a rx 6650 xt because i get on max graphichs 50 fps sometimes while its not even on 50% load!
Those CS:GO skills🤯,also could you test 6700xt?
Yup, I don't have it yet but I'll buy it soon
Oh wow,lets go!Also i said text🤦♂️
How does a apu system get 60fps in warzone and on my 6800 I get barley 100fps on big map
Nice but A bit pricey. Love you krysp ❤❤❤
How is the performance of premiere pro on this monster?
I got an old 2070 what case would people use for external gpu
How does this compare to the GTR 6?
Idk if youd be willing to do it but you should do the minisforum um790 pro, it comes out beginning of july and from what if seen the temps are better, and its not as expensive rn
I say rn because there's a pre-order sale
Driver updates will make it even better
I have gtx 1060 3gb i5 6500t 8gb single stick and i only get 30 to 40 fps in gta 4 with 90 to 100% cpu usage and only 10 to 30% gpu uses what should i do please reply someone
Does this system support external graphic cards?
U can try seus hrr 2.1 instead of hrr3 it gave me more fps still giving raytrace stuff
Can u try a 2015 gaming laptop ?
varias portas kkkkkbom video meu nobre
Impressive!!!
Speaking of CS2 , haven't you received it yet? It would be nice to see CS2 benchmarks as well :D
I haven't :(
You also can lock the FPS with the Radeon driver. This PC also supports Freesync. So you can lock it at 40fps or 45fps for example.
I think the stuttering happens because the APU got 64Watts. Look it stays at 64W all the time at intense games. The iGPU takes about 55W and it seems it took the 55W and there are only 9W left for the CPU. With 9W it becomes very slow. At 30fps the GPU get lower clock speeds and need less electricity and the CPU got higher clock speeds and it runs smooth. Look at the Wattage.
Also you can change the maximum TDP in the BIOS or Ryzen Master and the APU will take up to 78W and the games will run fine.
Good video.
Hey, can you benchmark RX6600?
A strange processor, like a lot of points in synthetics. But in fact, like the 10th generation of laptop i7. In Dota, most likely the emphasis is in percent (Dota consumes 2 cores), here either in memory or that
I was impressed by Iris xe and I am super impressed by this IGPU.
shame that GTR7 Pro doesn't play cyberpunk well. can you recommend a mini pc that CAN pay it well?
I'm currently testing the minisforum HX100G with Ryzen 7 7840H and RX 6650M, the dedicated GPU makes a huge difference. The mini PC isn't that mini though, it's way bigger than these, but still small.
We need to find the middleground in recent years now. A device a little bit bigger than rog ally or steam deck and little bit smaller than the thing you showed which is similiar to an old desktop dvd rom as in size. And if people can figure out a better way to store power in the batteries e may even do e port parties on local children parks xD
You can set fps limit with amd adrenaline software enable amd chill set fps whatever you like
If i partner this with rtx 4080 wont that be a overkill?
I’m really torn between this gtr7 or the rog ally
is 4 gb vram enough for cyberpunk 2077 high textures at 1080p and which settings are cpu bound ?
You need like 6 GBs of VRAM for High Textures at 1080p in Cyberpunk 2077 -- as for CPU bound settings - Cascaded Shadows Range and Crowd Density from what I remember.
I would love to see the 3070 in jedi survivor
Valhalla is also super supported AMD title like any other AMD game so its not a surprise why it is running so well.
P.S I was waiting to see FSR at Valhalla but you missed that.
that price tag makes justice for the pc size and lower consumption, it will suit people whodownloading 24/7 and don't play triple a titles a lot, I'd still get a cpu and discrete gpu :D for the same price better performance
