Are the Cheaters GONE? Solo Queue Premier (19k+ ELO)

The last time I streamed premier, 2-3 weeks ago, three out of the four games I played contained blatant cheaters. In the past few days the community has noticed a huge uptick in bans, most of which being overwatch bans. These bans do not appear as VAC bans on cheaters' profiles, but have the same effect of being a life-time ban. Here's a post from Gabe Follower showing cheaters getting banned by server-side detection: / 1785457438537216264 .
The leaderboards have been cleaned up greatly as well, with only one 30k+ elo player remaining. Let's see if Premier is playable!:)
