Wow man. Felt a call tonight to start learning guitar songs for Jesus. This pops up, exactly what I needed man. God bless
God bless you as well and Happy Thanksgiving!
Bro, that strumming pattern goes crazy
Haha I know!
Awesome content! This is a life saver!
God bless you bro. Appreciate what you're doing for the Kingdom.

Absolutely beautiful brother! I can’t thank you enough for this tutorial. God bless ya!
Thank you!
love listening to your voice! It sounds so calming and relaxing! Thank you for this tutorial. :)
Thank you!
Thank you for actually being able to play the song. Took me four "tutorials" to get to a video in which the teacher could actually keep up with the recording!
Thank you for the kind words - God bless!
THANK YOU!
Love this! Very well explained! You made it very easy to learn. Thank you! Keep it up!!
Thanks!
I love your teaching model..always on point. I do this song this week and there is no other place to be than here...Blessings!!!😎
Thank you I appreciate it!
Dont know why I just now subscribed. You have helped me so much with playing for Saddleback ;) Thank you so much!
Happy to help! God bless!
Tricky one to pick out the strumming pattern for and this helped me crack it. Thanks for sharing!
You’re welcome!
This is a fantastic lesson. You are perfect on the strumming pattern. In 5 years, I may be that good. GOD bless you.
God bless you as well!
This was pretty help full
Thank you!
I noticed your Estey organ, we still have my Mom’s single key board organ we got her for Christmas around 1970. We got it from Western Auto. I didn’t know they made a double keyboard model.
My wife's grandparents gave this to us a while back - I enjoy the chord buttons as they're an easy way to accompany for first-timers :) Came with a songbook as well!
Nice Breedlove
Thanks!
i really enjoy your videos. what are your top 5 guitars?
Thank you! Did you mean top 5 guitars I’ve played?

Could you do this in key of D? Need help with strumming pattern as well. Thanks in advance.
You could bump the capo to the 2nd fret and follow the same chords :)
What brand is you guitar??
Breedlove :)
What key is this in?
C#
what’s the strumming pattern?
1 e + a 2 e + a 3 e + a 4 e + a
d d u d d d u d d d u
(d = down and u = up) :)
Nice song! But I can't see the difference between C and C/E :(
Around 0:40, I break down where to put your fingers-it’s the same for both C or C/E.
*Strum all the strings for C/E
*Avoid strumming the low E string for the regular C chord.
You don’t have diagrams?
I just have letters for now-trying to make the switch to diagrams very soon 👀
As a guitar Strummer of 26 years you make this look easy..... it is not... great tutorial but maybe skip the first few minutes of chord shapes... if people don't know their chord shapes there's no way they're going to strum this pattern no offense intended
I hear you - as a teacher, I want to be able to meet the needs of a wide audience - many guitar players in music ministry are beginners, so that's why I format my videos this way. Additionally, I show the chord shapes I believe are used in the recording (or match it as close as possible) - that way, even if a viewer doesn't get the pattern, they can certainly strum on beat with the correct voicing. ☺
Well done!
Thank you!
This strumming is insanely crazy fast! I love how you teach & have learned several songs from you - thank you! But my hand just cannot go that fast for more than a half minute! I picked this song as the starter for tomorrow's worship practice, but I think I'll have to wave the white flag & pick a different song! 🥺
