What about snapshots (taking photos from video stils) with proxy? Will you still get the highest quality snapshots with proxy files like you would with the original 4k?

I have a macbook pro and I don't have that render playback option at the bottom of the performance settings section. I have a macbook pro with the M1chip so I don't understand why I'm having this problem. Thank you for the tutorial.
