- These were cool boots. Not sure what make they are, removed the fiberboard welt heel base. These were Blake stitched, we converted them to "Rapid Blake" stitched. (watch the video for explanation)
replaced the worn out heel lining and added leather soles, Vibram mini lug soles.

I grew up in Brooklyn, NY. It is pronounced CAWWWWWFEE ! That's not internet yelling...thats just so you two old guys can read it. 🤓 the shoes came out fabulous!
Hey Steve love how the boots came out, I have been watching you for a while now and may I say; you have inspired me to put my own shoe repair shop, I know watching videos wont make me a cobbler, but I am very good with my hands, I am a leathercrafter, and a fast learner and Im willing to work hard, I took a boot making course, after teaching myself how to make them by watching youtube videos, to get more knowledge of the ins and outs, My teacher was great, he was a passion filled crazy Frenchmen with lots of knowledge in the shoe biz. But I am in the learning stage right now and Im sure I will be learning for a while on my own, because no one here (NYC) is willing to teach the trade, but I have learned so much just by watching your videos. Thank you so much from a future cobbler. P.S. you should call your coffee time "Coffee with Bedo" or "Coffee time with Bedo"
the 1 dislike in this video must be the shark's sibling.
Hello this is Steve from Bedo's coffeeworks....and on today's episode we will be having a DARK coffee....lets brewtinue...
In the "HAMMER TIME voice", COFFEE TYME. Lets continue.
Bedo's Coffeeworks
Laughing myself silly for just now realizing that’s not a window you guys are standing in front of while you’re making the coffee 🤣🤣🤣
With all that coffee it should have been "Wired souls" episode
"Coffee Time with Chris and the Bikini Babe"
"The Beard, The Bald & The Brew"
I’m a old retired semi truck driver, but always thought I’d of enjoyed being a shoe clobber. I enjoy your channel thanks!🇺🇸
Last Time I suggested the “The Cobbler Cafe” I still think it’s a good name
You have a lot more woman who watch thank you think. I am a woman in mid 70's who is a woodworker using mostly a lathe. I make a lot of custom pieces, lots of drop spindles and devices related to spinning of weaving. ocasionally I do a rolling pin or a yo-yo. Some pieces are painted, dyed, carved, textured or have an inlay. I love watching your videos because you work hard to do a good job and give the customer what they want. But mostly I watch because you love what you do and that shows in the quality of your work. Also you have fun. Some jobs may be a pain but you take the bad with the good. A fine craftsman in any trade is always fun to watch, and you are the best.
Coffee with Chris is one of my favorite segments. Keep it!
That scone looked marvelous!......FANTASTIC JOB once again!.......thank you for your videos......
Hey Steve, this is Angelina from County Wicklow, Ireland. I'm a leather crafter. I started my leather crafting journey at the beginning of covid with a goal to be able to make shoes awesome for people with problem feet without using velcro. I love your videos, i learn so much and am grateful to you for sharing your experience and expertise. Ive always been creative, horse riding from a very young child, so cleaning tack and boots was not a chore...it turns out, leather craft is my true life's purpose. 😊 it has taken me three years to learn the skills i need..i have started making my own designs for my bags and wallets. So I'm starting to feel confident i can start shoe making very soon, all hand stitched 😂 I'm addicted to stitching...i find it very mindful....i know, maybe I'm just crazy but i love it
“Chris & The crazy cobbler”?
I’m 68 years old and I make quilts. Your stitching is so perfect, I smile when I watch you.
Never clicked on a video so fast!!!!! Excited to see the transformation
That takes me back. Haven’t heard Chukka boat mentioned in years. My dad was a big fan ⭐️
