Frikin 'ell. I would be on the first page of the instructions, had an argument with the wife, screamed at the kids and then picked up the first screw all in the time it took you to build that thing.
I bought my nexgrill...and it was dented and scrathed, returned it for a "just built this morning" and it was scratched to hell...how come watching this I can not fathom how my grill experience was so crappy. luckily store manager took a substantial chunk out of the price. thanks for the video
Sorry you had a bad experience. Most Home Depots only have one or two assembly appointments per week. What they have my company do most the time is build 20-30 grills at once at a store. Unfortunately, sometimes they don't sell right away and end up sitting around for a few days or even a few weeks. This year, however, they got smart and began covering them with plastic bags to help keep them from getting damaged. I even saw one store covering their grills with tarps.

Right off the bat tightening some machine screws, and loosening others later for easier fit. I am only 1:20 in this and can tell you done this 10x +. These grills are on a big sale (bet clearance). Thanks Ben The Builder!!!
You know it. I do it the same way every single time and tweak the technique here and there until it becomes absolutely automatic, second nature, muscle memory. This same build strategy can be applied to almost every gas grill that Home Depot sells.

I just wish you were working @ my Home Depot. I brought one and ask them to assemble and they put the bottom backward. I don’t know how to fix it back. Gas tank is showing in front instead of the back. Unbelievable!
There are 8 screws that attach the lower to the upper - two tabs on the left, two tabs on the right, two underneath on the left, and two underneath on the right. Use a #3 Phillips screwdriver. Once you remove all 8 screws you can literally lift the whole upper off the lower. Have someone help you if necessary. Once you set the upper onto the lower the correct way, reattach by replacing the screws - do not fully tighten until all are in place.
I'm 4 years late, and I still wanna buy this man a beer!!! NICE!

What were you doing with the drill with the first black legs out the box?
Backing out the screws that came pre-threaded in the legs.
