Gary Holton died whilst they were filming in Spain and they next day they carried on filming without him adjusting the story line as if nothing had happened , it must of been so painful for the actors.
I watched this as a kid when it first aired and everytime I see an episode or it mentioned it makes me sad thinking back to much better times to the crap going on now

The definition in the UK is "who work for or under the control of a contractor on a construction site." That can include, bricklaying, roofing, tiling etc.

From what I remember being told when I was a kid, when the above siblings arrived on Tyneside they were met by two members of the local constabulary who handed the Krays two airplane tickets for London from Newcastle Airport.🤔😉

Wayne was a carpenter, Barry was an electrician, not builders at all.
