Urban Champion has recently been updated to fix a bunch of bugs and added a few things here and there. The new download link is currently in the description. I highly recommend you follow the MUGEN Guild section or the Discord server (both in the description) to be up-to-date on updates for standalone releases.

Awesome, im honestly surprised this guy hasn't made it into a smash game yet
next to little mac he should be the most obvious choice for a fighting game.

It is surprising. He has lot of stuff from his game that can be incorporated into a moveset or Sakuri could even give Urban Champion the Duck Hunt treatment and have his moveset incorporate nods to other long forgotten NES titles such as Cu Cu Land, Baloon Fight, Excitebike, etc. I know that his game wasn't that well revived let alone properly functional in a few aspects, but he feels like a no-brainer for Ultimate's retro newcommer. Plus his model could be a voxel of his origonal 8-sprite that can be coded to look 2D a la Mr. Game & Watch.
