Moving on to the Janet concert, I saw it here in Brooklyn and I LOVED the flow and how she kept the energy going and ended with a bang. Don't have favorite part (just too hard) but I do remember being overly excited when she did Scream and Michael came on the screen. But my interesting Janet story does take place during that 2018 Global Citizens concert you reference. I wanted to see Janet sooo bad but I hadn't purchased a ticket cause I'd just come from vacation and my funds would not accommodate another purchase. So on concert day I made my way to Central Park anyway and as soon as I got there I saw everyone rushing out and cops rushing in. I thought a shooting or something but I kept going. At that point no one I asked really knew what had happened. I got to the entrance and noticed the fence to the right of the turnstile had been trampled so I casually walked that way. Half way towards the fence I hear a cop go " MOVE OFF THE LAWN!" I turn to see people behind me. Assuming the cop was talking to them I sped up and got cross and am now in. Once in I immediately run into former coworker who's now a cop. He saw none of what just happen and I used my short catch up with him as a a cover. We parted ways and I made my way to the stage where I saw that there was still a sizable crowd there. Needlessly to say I stayed and got to see my Janet for free that night. Albeit I was nervous as hell and probably wouldn't do that again, I was so pleased that I took that risk and It paid off. It was also cool to see Naomi Campbell introduce her also.

Moving on to the Janet concert, I saw it here in Brooklyn and I LOVED the flow and how she kept the energy going and ended with a bang. Don't have favorite part (just too hard) but I do remember being overly excited when she did Scream and Michael came on the screen. But my interesting Janet story does take place during that 2018 Global Citizens concert you reference. I wanted to see Janet sooo bad but I hadn't purchased a ticket cause I'd just come from vacation and my funds would not accommodate another purchase. So on concert day I made my way to Central Park anyway and as soon as I got there I saw everyone rushing out and cops rushing in. I thought a shooting or something but I kept going. At that point no one I asked really knew what had happened. I got to the entrance and noticed the fence to the right of the turnstile had been trampled so I casually walked that way. Half way towards the fence I hear a cop go " MOVE OFF THE LAWN!" I turn to see people behind me. Assuming the cop was talking to them I sped up and got cross and am now in. Once in I immediately run into former coworker who's now a cop. He saw none of what just happen and I used my short catch up with him as a a cover. We parted ways and I made my way to the stage where I saw that there was still a sizable crowd there. Needlessly to say I stayed and got to see my Janet for free that night. Albeit I was nervous as hell and probably wouldn't do that again, I was so pleased that I took that risk and It paid off. It was also cool to see Naomi Campbell introduce her also.
