Hereford, pronounced Her-e-ford.
I'm a lifelong fan
Heh- re-fud
Spot on 💯
Or fud is in Elmer on the end.
lmfao i know i laughed take it geography isnt his strongest
Definitely room for a part 2, with the likes of Stoke City, Port Vale, Accrington Stanley, Merthyr Town, Macclesfield, Gretna, Chester, and Aldershot Town all clubs that have gone bust and reformed. Maybe even Middlesbrough qualifies (after what happened in 1986 and getting locked out of their own ground for a game or two).
Scarborough
Bruington FC
And Leeds United as well
@@jackdey9153 Leeds United didn't go bust in the noughties, although they did go into administration, but that's not the same. Also, Leeds United is not officially a phoenix club of Leeds City, who were forcibly disbanded by the football authorities in 1919 after an illegal payment scandal (the expulsion from the league was actually for refusing to hand over their books for an investigation into the illegal payments - Leeds City certainly wouldn't have been expelled, harshest punishment was being forced to seek reelection regardless of league position at seasons end. Although Leeds United were established as a response to the demise of Leeds City, and played in the same colours (blue and yellow) as Leeds City until Don Revie adopted the all white of Real Madrid as Leeds United's colours in the 1960's.
Vat about Telford fc?
here-ford pmsl who the hell pronounces it like that
A lot of folk mentioned Accrington but if your Rangers example meant you could include clubs that didn't go out of business entirely, then look at my club, Burnley FC. Football league founders, English champions, FA Cup winners. We dropped down the divisions hard and was one game away from being relegated out of the football league, altogether. Since then we've finished 7th in the PL, qualifying for Europe. Although our previous season had mixed results.
Been loving your videos and the page. Saludos desde Ecuador (from a New Yorker though, just currently in Ecuador).*
Really appreciate it mate! :)
Going to Wembley with Darlington and watching them win a last minute goal in a cup final, just for the club to be liquidated and forced to play down the road, going to see them play in the lower leagues and slowly build their way back, magical feeling
Hearford 😂
I didn't know Herford went bust, happy they came back... just think if Hicks and Gillette got their way my beloved Liverpool would be on this list.
Unfortunately so, mismanagement 10 years ago killed us off unfortunately. Looking strong going into the NLN this season though
Rushden and diamonds becoming afc rushden and diamonds after going into administration should’ve been on this list
Heh-reh-ford, not Here-ford mate 😊
Forgot the 1981 European cup winners cup quarter finals. A narrow defeat to Carl Zeiss jena
"Here-ford"???
Hereford United!
Yes!
I'm happy with you now 😊
According to someone York city were founded in the Blue Bell pub in Fossgate in York I think it's mentioned in a Vlog by real ale craft beer when he was on a visit to York by the Landlord of the Blue bell in Fossgate told him this.
I was at Hereford's first competitive match as a member of the Dunkirk committee. We lost 1-4 in front of 4,062 people. They were reportedly paying some players upwards of £300 per match in a league packed with amateur clubs
Fun fact: Steve Staunton managed Darlington when they were in the football league. Too bad he couldn’t manage a paper bag. His teammate John Aldridge played for Newport County before resigning for Liverpool after being released as a youngster.
Could add Southend United on the list for part 2 a few winding up orders have been issued plus finally getting bought by an Australian owner
One big one you missed was chester city
@@MicYash mentioned them in a previous video mate :)
@@GoodSportReviews alright cheers
What about Darlington 5 mins away from going bust in 2010 won fa trophy in 2011 and were relegated divisions the northern league and worked our way back to conference north where we are at present starting our 6th season in it on August 10 never get a mention but thank you for the mention
Please do “ Loughborough FC “ who are now extinct ….. I think they lost against Arsenal FC 12-0 .
Happy to mate! :) make sure to subscribe!
Why are Gateshead not on this list?
I’m sure we could invite you to Plough Lane to say Wimbledon FC and AFC Wimbledon are different clubs 😂
Would love to see the majority of these, back in the top 92.
You mean THE Rangers? A zombie club with zombie fans.
bigot
Clapton CFC would count as this, Lewis.😮
Membership for them is only £5😅
I love how all the tims are all only here just to see if Rangers are on it just to help feed their delusions. 😂😂😂
You won't find us on these videos, Bhoys. Still alive, Un liquidated. 😂 GIRFUY!
How would you stand on Leeds City & Leeds Utd?
Y Rhyl is pronounced "a reel", meaning The Rhyl.
Barnes fc because they dissolved and came back but are playing amateur football they are the third oldest club in history
6th not third sorry
FIRST
Stevenage? At least 3 names...
Actually 4 names. Town, Athletic, Borough and now just Stevenage
