The most important things about a person is their character, their integrity and honesty. The Carson's and their faith and work ethic is what this country needs. Actually solving problems and teaching others about their/our Constitution. The country's debt is near unmanageable. Evil seems to be prevalent throughout Government. It's time for it to stop. America was founded on Godly principles and laws. We have gotten way off track. It's time for real leadership to bring us back to where almighty God intended us to be as a nation.

***** Ben Carson's book says otherwise. He completely glosses over what has been done and is still being done to my people. The forgiveness of Jesus is not in this world it's in the next. You still have to answer to man's law here on earth. The Constitution states quite clearly in Article Vi section II that "Treaties Made and to be Made are the Supreme Law of the Land". We have never violated the 100's of Treaties the US signed with our people yet the US has broken every one of them. Until that violation is addressed you will not be forgiven by Jesus and the courts are still breaking the law.Sorry tell your fairy tale to someone who doesn't know the law. I know my laws and I know yours too'!

You know being the born again Christian I have become, I realize how the one true God Jesus must sometimes shake his head in shame when some mere mortal in this world decides to put down someone else's appearance. Someone who doesn't fit his/her standard of beauty!!!! Because those who are more than just the "created" of God and are his true "Christian children," they will see the beauty in the HEART of a person and not the outward appearance!! That's what I strive to be like, to not concern myself with anyone's outward appearance but look at their heart just as the Almighty Creator does. He created us and our features and no mere unGodly mortal should have nothing negative to say superficially about someone's appearance while disregarding a beautiful character that reflects overall beauty.

The best counter to the current Socialist hype out there is to re-educate everyone on the Constitution, and with its appeal, turn the tide of thought back around before it’s too late. Think about it. There have been generations brought up in our public schools that have not had the opportunity to learn the principles our founding fathers had mind for our nation, the appeal of personal responsibility, and the freedom God grants to those who honor Him. I agree but I'll give him all the credit in the world for staying with her all these years. So many men drop their first, homely wife for a newer model as soon as they get rich, and I can't stand him, but he is good looking... Disdain for people of other faiths... like the people who would love to deny women the opportunity to vote, be given equal credibility in court matters, possibly drive a car, and have a job outside of the home? Or those who would (or do, in many countries) routinely kill people who are attracted to the same gender or cross-dress (let alone go transgender)? Or maybe those (still of that same faith) who often endorse forcible taking of wives from women of other faiths, minimal-consequence/consequence-free rape of women (and children of either gender) and the keeping or selling women of other faiths into sexual slavery? Yes, what a small-minded bigot he is. Lack of basic knowledge on issues affecting this country as qualified by whom? The cast of The View? Telling others to focus on now and what we should do in the future? I'm not sure how that's a bad thing, but that aside, given his ethnicity and how much he could capitalize on it (like our current president, or at least his people, did), I don't see how him trying to focus attention on the present and future could be seen as self-serving.
