I think you are taking very long time for possession. Your construction status as per youtube video 2 year back and now that is on July 2024 almost looks same. Thus, in two year no major update in construction.
And rather than speeding this project you have started two new projects.

They need to pay bank EMI , stay in rented hose, pay rent and face too much difficulty.
