It’s an important thing to acknowledge; that despite the differences they had and impacts on their feelings towards each other regarding the creation of the BCR band/side projects. Mark Hoppus did get the opportunity to contribute with this song. He wasn’t completely left out. Those times were very testing for the members of Blink in different ways and impacted by their personal circumstances. I can see why it caused a rift between them. But even by his own admission, Mark didn’t have to accept the offer to appear on this song. As pissed off as he was, he still had the love within him to support Toms new creative musical venture at the time. Even to this day after their reconciliation and the reforming of Blink, he always professes how much love and appreciation he has for Tom’s Angels and Airwaves music and the achievements they made

During the breakdown starting at 1:49 you can hear Travis play more or less the exact beat/rhythm he ended up using for the chorus of Feeling This. To put into context, this actually makes a lot of sense because this show took place on December 15, 2002. Blink entered the recording studio (aka big house) less than a month later to begin the writing and (eventual) recording process for Untitled. Feeling This was the first song they completed for the album and it's pretty neat to think of how Travis must've thought to himself at one point something like, "I really like that rhythm i've been using in the boxcar cover...let me see how it sounds for the Feeling This chorus."

For anyone wondering this was at Twisted 9 Christmas in Rosemont, IL on 12/24/02. It was their third to last show. I was there.

thanks for the upload. i think your reasoning for the watermark is dumb, i mean if you really want people to credit you i guess its fine. But if i was you id know that videos like these are very rare and deserve to be officially preserved and available to the public without a watermark.

Yes. Not sure why his Cadillac acrylic kit wasn’t available for AOL sessions since it was surely in rotation by that point. This is the only full tour Travis used this kit with that I’m aware of

Tom’s amps on stage right?!? And looks like a combo of both standard and traditional Mesa 4x12’s, or there just not lined up evenly and that’s causing them to look slightly different in size.
They're all oversized Mesa 4x12 and 2x12
@@jackmalcic2949well since they’re not lined up perfectly and the camera angle, one or two of those 4x12’s looks shorter, and when Tom switched from the maroon crocodile leather to the tan/cream leather cabinets during the self titled era, those were the traditional version which are 3 inches shorter and produce a different sound.

@@jackmalcic2949 pretty sure there’s only one style of 2x12. It would look the same stacked up on traditional or standard. his tan/creme version of the triple stack def had shorter 4x12’s than the maroon crocodile version. I think he used standard and then switched to traditional 4x12’s
