this is why she left. she's mentioned that she never liked to do the same thing all the time. in the group they didn't have any creative control sob her only control was her vocals during her parts. if any of you have followed her so far, all of her performances have been different because she has that creative control to change things. also she mentioned when she first started out she just wanted to be a singer but at times went on she took an interest in the making of songs as well and she couldn't do that in the group

Everyone always complained about her switching it up, but is it so bad to want to keep things interesting? Performing the same songs repeatedly has to be tiresome, so I like that she gets creative and experiments with her voice. It's a good way to keep the audience from getting bored too.

For me with some of them it seemed some of them were done while the other girls were singing and it got annoying for me or sometimes it wasnt needed in some of them? Thats just me though

this proves that Camila knows what she's doing and has an ear for what sounds good in musical terms. she doesn't strap herself to what's original and instead is spontaneous.
This is why she was hated because she was so extra. but also this is why she's different amongst other girls as to why she is more capable of being a solo artist not just the extra (but love her extras) one from the group. AND THIS IS WHY I WAN'T MY WIG BACK CAMZ.

Super Klepto people didn't like her because she was extra for one.. because it stole attention away from other girls.. 2nd reason is because of the solo projects she pursued and people were mad because she collaborated with big artist that competed with her own group on the charts. Lastly that topped it off with everyone not liking her is when she had her own fanbase within the group called camilizers that called Normani the N word several times and made pictures of her being lynched. So ya... she wasn't exactly a victim or a terrible person... she set herself up to be disliked TBH

This is an artist. she sees her own songs and finds ways to deliver them differently each time she performs them. She was a singer when she started out. Now she's a fully fledged artist who has control over what she creates and performs on stage. That is every artists dream come true and it is finally her reality. I'm so fucking proud of her. Also, I've seen this before and knew what she was gonna change. her solo stuff though, they have been an eye opener and I am just in awe of her talent. so happy to be stanning this beautiful human from the time I knew she wasn't herself anymore while in the group. So happy for her!!

She has the performer-type skills. She's not just a singer. She's a performer. Her note changes are proofs. She's not afraid of making improvisations which is important as a performing artist.
Voice and talent are different things. She wasn't the best voice in 5H, but she's the most talented in so many ways. She's the best performer of all of them, plays a couple instruments, can dance as well, has such an energy and also "angel"/charisma, and that can't be trained or developed. Without her is like if 5H lost its soul, they need a new energy soon, a reload.

ya'll used to say she was extra with the note changes but sometimes those note changes were what were most memorable, like her scatting in Boss, the beginning of WFH in the Ellen performance like honestly performing the same song over and over again the same way gets boring and ya'll call it extra but if they all came out and did the song the same way u would say it was boring, she tried to change it up once in while sometimes even DInah but its whatever now she's doing her thing and they're doing theirs

People said that this was extra but it's what made her stood out and changed every performance. The other girls are talented too but I'm sorry to say they are just boring
legit. The other girls have definitely grown vocally, but they don't compare to how she's grown, both technically and generally as performers.
Even now, the remaining group have issues completing a song without being out of breath or off key.
- I was actually kind of intrigued as to how 5H was gonna reinvent themselves as a 4-piece, but was really disappointed to hear the new song Work From Home 2.0 ... I mean... Down. They took the safe option because they knew that kind of sound would be a hit, as WFH was, and that's it, really. Their GMA performance was subpar (they could barely sing through WFH in key, and now they're doing the same thing with Down... it's disappointing).
And then, they say how excited they are that they're so much more involved... they've written almost half of the album... which means they go in, they sit down with some amazing writers, tell them how they feel/what they want conveyed, and the team of writers actually write the lyrics (with a margin of help from the girls).
The overuse of “communication is so important” and “weve never been closer/happier” just makes them seem a lot more fake/media trained - I can't be the only one who thinks the band is just “off” now.
it's just so annoying - 5H has a lot of potential... and they're wasting it.
Honestly, Camila going was the best thing to happen - toxicity from 5H stans against her, and just the fact that she was being held back because of the group...
