Love these two characters. All chat was that Genie stronger but this really showed the power in houdini's deck.
Nikola Tesla - may boost with drawn card once per turn - uses scientific equipment, some may require boost.
Joan of Arc - has angels that protect against or inflict extra damage when adjacent.
St. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band
Mahatma Gandhi- does not attack but reacts to use attacks against opponent.
Moses - draws two cards keeps one or draws from the discard (the 10 cards not in his hand) - pestilence cards brings out extra opponents (frogs, snakes, locusts).
Fun stuff! Great effects:)

Cool ideas - love Moses and the deck of plagues! And Tesla should have Edison as a "sidekick" that Tesla can steal (health) from, hinders you as long he's alive, but can take over as the hero if Tesla dies first.
The Boogeyman needs to be legit character. I'm no designer, but I'm sure there could be some neat mechanics behind sleep, nightmares, fear, etc.

I want Macbeth vs the 3 witches or on the more silly side Santa vs Jesus in a fight who gets custody of Christmas
They've already started down the Marvel path so more heroes and villains there seems like only a matter of time. But I'd like to see the X-Men and Punisher.
An X-Files set with Mulder and Scully and some of their baddies could be cool like that crazy guy that crawls through vents or that guy who makes you see/not see things by hypnotizing you.
I think if they teamed with Riot to start making League of Legends characters that would be awesome.

How would you rank this among the other sets? (including bigger ones) hard to get a feel after 1 quick brawl.
We haven’t played them enough to slot them into the rankings just yet but they were really fun and we’re excited to try them out some more against other sets. In terms of the ideas from these characters mixed with the art and stuff, we are excited to played these ones a bunch
@@TheBrothersMurph yeah they seem very cool and different. I’ve never even had a chance to play the game but i have cobble and fog and both battle of legends sets at home waiting to be opened. Can’t play them for another year though because we’re traveling. I’ve watched every playthrough you guys have done for this game so you and Zee Garcia sold me on it. I should really actually try it before buying a 4th set though hahaha
@@JustinandHanna I've played this set, and own all the others. I'd definitely put them in the top half of Unmatched offerings, just based on fun factor. Houdini is tough to get going, but has the potential to do massive damage with his combos - not quite Little Red level of complexity, but he's up there. Genie is fun because he's such a glass cannon - everything he does is cool, but you better get it done quick.
Don't recommend as a first set, but if you have one or two of the 4-character sets, I'd recommend Robin Hood/Bigfoot, then this one. For reference, my personal fave is BoL Vol 2, then Cobble & Fogg.
