Regarding the example you mentioned about your customer for matching TripAdvisor ratings and sentiment analysis scores, I believe we are not comparing apples to apples here. Sentiment analysis shows the sentiment of the text while TripAdvisor rating shows how others evaluate this opinion. So, if this review was for a horrible place, sentiment analysis would normally be very negative. However, if the place is really horrible, others would give that review five or four stars because they agree with the negative opinion on that specific horrible place.
No match is expected here
When you do a review on TripAdvisor you can give stars or give stars and a text review. Those two should match.
So if you give one star, the text review should say it was a bad experience and the sentiment score should be low, and we didn’t find that on our test.

I think that you were running the Language Detection test on your videoId field values. Maybe that's why you saw Polish in the language output...! Something else about the ISO language: you don't need to supply it as a parameter. If it's left blank, then the framework will automatically detect the language of the text being passed. So there can't be many use cases when you want to _force_ the language?
Maybe when there are nuances in the languages like Spanish (SPAIN) and Spanish (Mexico)? I don’t know how good the detector is.

@@CurbalEN Good point about the subtlety in the language options, but IIRC only a handful of the ISO languages are supported on the parameter field. Yes, I just joined you on Discord :-)
