We were at the boat ramp watching y’all running from the storm. We went out after it passed and set two lines. Had a 28 lb blue the next morning with a 10 lb flatty on the very next hook. Don’t get any better than this
@@chefkady I seen yall chilling. We wanted to wait but it had gotten late. Plus, it’s quite a little trip for us. So we called it done 🤣 we almost stayed out there and just docked but called it quits instead.
@@RechnersAdventures yes. We tried on this day but just couldn’t get on them. We haven’t fished the Mississippi a lot but we plan on learning more on the next few trips. Do you fish the Mississippi often?

You guys ever catch skipjack around there or mullet
