As a fellow tokusatsu fan, I have long hoped for some kind of variant or evolution for Ledian, to increase it's power, so, seeing Ledanger's design, I was over the moon! The confident, showy pose, the determined look on it's face, the drills, yet another design using that Digimental that knocks it out of the park, just like Bepion! Togepid is also really cute, I think I actually really prefer it over Togetic.
My favorites are Surgosukus and Volquil. I hope you guys keep this series going as it’s fun to see how these Pokemon would be effected but the digi-armor. Something I’d like to see here specifically is exploring what it would be like if Pokemon pairs that trade evolve swap partners. So say shellmet swaps Karablast for Haunter or something like that.
When will videos of "What if characters from both Digimon Data Squad and Survive use Pokemon" be released? Because I want to know what Pokemon will Keenan and Kaito use?
Sentenuki and Ledanger were definitely my favorites this time around. I love armors, I love toku, I love the Sincerity designs, and this whole concept rocks.
Kind of odd that we got two normal starting route pokemon that were partially based on Tanuki and neither one kept those elements (nor did the regional form of the second one we got).
If Pikachu gets 2 armor evolutions I think Eevee should too in the future with a pure normal type armor evolution because the kindness of the digiegg is too much even for Sylveons to handle which ends up being so strong it stabilizes Eevee’s DNA making it’s pure normal evolution.
Both armor evolution videos are amazing and the designs are top notch. I wish that one day you guys could partner with some Pokémon rom developers and make a Pokémon x Digimon Fan Game with these types of designs incorporated.
I had an idea for a Cyndaquil courage evolution named "Shrapquill". It had spiked armor covering its body, and would launch it by shooting fire and explosions
Interesting. Going by what you did for Chikorita and Cyndaquil though, I would've given Totodile the Digi Egg of Sincerity instead. This way it would've ended up as a water/grass type so that all three starters gained the type of the starter that would normally beat them. Grass/fire, fire/water and then water/grass instead of the water/electric you went with. I mean, you literally show in the graphics that this is what you were going to do to subvert expectations.
Ok, Flariosa is my favorite, and I want to see its evolution. Maybe give it a signature ability like Dragon Flame: boosts Fire and Dragon moves. In a pinch, this boost gets bigger.
I could honestly see kamichia as a mainline evo bringing back gorochu as a counterpart would be really cool and then of course Raichu giving Pikachu three different evo options

Surgosukus should have a signature Electric type version of Bite, except it's super effective against Ground types (of course, as opposed to being negated entirely). That, or it does double base damage and ignores immunity if used on Ground types.
Adding another comment to say that giving Charcadet armors for each digimental would make all the sense! Ceruledge and especially Armarouge already have such huge armor evo vibes and this could go so far!
Ledanger is SUCH a good pun!! I love the design and I kinda wish canon Ledyba looked like this. I feel its concept of being a kamen rider bug is totally wasted cos its design is 99% bug and barely any masked hero aesthetic. This design here is a great equal mix of both! And I love the idea of making its armor form based on a different tokusatsu series!
I would use those starter evos on my team in a heartbeat. Surgosukus has gotta be my favorite though. Might be a bit biased though since Totodile is my favorite gen 2 starter
Volquil looks 10x better than Typhlosion, and I'd actually choose it as my starter in Johto if it looked like that. Though Surgosukus looks fantastic, and I'd still go for that!
I think this batch is the best of the 4 videos I've seen. Have the 5th generation and above been done yet? I would also love to see Kindness introduced, especially when you get to 6th generation to allude to Eevee's evolution into Sylveon in a way. But yes, please include Kindness.
I'm not sure if there's any art of this or details but what do you think the Digi-Armour would have looked like as their own Digimon without them simply being Armour to another Digimon, if that makes sense? For example, Couragemon, Hopemon, Sinceritymon etc etc
apart from Totodile's one being the best i really think u should of kept the Corage crest on the fire type pokemon,, i also would of liked to of seen a friendship version of Chickorita
