Most shows are set up for pro vs con dialog...Its to keep the show balanced...in the case of this show Claudia is the moderator, Dineva is the comedian (even though he makes very valid points) and Al is the voice of reason

No It's Not. Taraji said since Season 2 that as soon as the show reached syndication level she was going to be out, because it took too much of an emotional toll, and without Taraji, there is no Empire. I mean no shade to the other actors, but Cookie was the Driving force of that show.
I am not going to fault Jussie for Empire going off the air. The storyline became uninteresting and way too many guest stars.
It wasn't none of Jussie's fault that Empire got cancelled and I believe Jussie lied. Empire's ratings were dipping every season after season 2. It was his fault when they didn't show him on the finale.
