Hey Shinchi, great analysis mate. Thought I'd add just a couple things that will be useful for others to know that sort of adds to what you were saying:
1) With ruins, I feel like there was so much pointless fighting before it actually mattered who was winning the fight. For weaker kingdoms, I'd suggest going in as late as possible. Maybe even up to 5 minutes before the unlock to take advantage of the stalkers spawn
2) As you said, the goal of kingsland (at least in the initial few hours) should be to build territory and get cities into kingsland. Ultimately, in the long term, the winning side generally tends to be the side that has the best foothold in this zone which includes both territory and cities present.
3) I think a ratio allocation on how to spread your 5 marches during war depending on your power, troop count and where you fall on the P2W - F2P spectrum could help. For example, a 40m power F2P player would be allocated a 4:1 ratio meaning you should have 4 marches on the open field and 1 in a flag/rally at all times when fighting. A P2W 80 million power player could operate on a 2:3 ratio meaning you should have 2 marches in the open field and 3 in rallies/flags.
4) Specifically in regards to 228, I think overall 228 fought very hard and economically however the consequences of being through a kvk previously that was very taxing and draining (coupled with the short turn around time compared with 347 who last had a kvk in October last year) were what ultimately won the day for 347 and their allies.
The stats team have a very easy to read and detailed spreadsheet that will really give a unique insight into the analytics of what it's like to be in the top matched Lost Kingdom in the game. I think people would find that very interesting to look at.

Ethan Paki 1) 1347 end kvk at early February sir . 2) old kingdom had advantage of commander . Why are you not mentioned it ? They are literally not complete with 1347 at all . 3) Even pre kvk things , which bring extra all 3% damage because 1347 1st rank ( rally damage , attack damage , counter damage ) . It is huge impact difference

It's not related to the vid but im just wondering what type of units are suitable for f2p to focus on.some says cav is more f2p friendly because of mobility and it has 3 epic cmmnders on cav but i kinda interested in archers because of edward and ysg pairing hope you can make a video about this soon!

Does anyone know, how to get more AP for KVK S1? I only have around 40k AP. And i see some video said, you need atleast 100~150 AP for max reward kvk. Im f2p.
In our KVK we fought k79 which were a very strong kingdom, probably stronger than (k261) if I'm being honest. The mistake they made in Kingsland imo is they had 2 primary alliances and they split them. They used one alliance to try and block us in the north and then one alliance to push our allies in the south. The problem is you really should have 2 alliances side by side fighting unless your goal is just to let flags burn. If you intend to actually defend the flags though being in a 1 v 2 is a really bad situation
Yeah, they were really strong and they had a crap ton of T5 players. That split they made during King’s land was the tipping point to our (k261) victory.

Ruin and altar don't determine who control kingsland.we didn't get access to ruin at all before kingsland n our camp still win kvk.
I said its a good indication of activity ofcourse you can't say for all kingdom. Its from my experience.
