If you think about it, Mis Joke’s Quirk is actually somewhat useful, Sure she can only make villains laugh, but if you think about it, Ms. Joke can probably use her quirk to make people laugh to death, because when you laugh so hard you can’t breath so she can technically kill or damage her opponents with her quirk.

He can disassemble and then reassemble anything he touches with his bare hands living or not. Eww.

His Quirk: Anivoice
He can communicate with and command animals through speech, it also helps him overcome shyness. The only downside is that the quirk will only when nearby animals are in reach.

Her Quirk: Invisibility
It allows her body to turn completely invisible making it hard for someone like Ojiro to find her. By the way, she's completely butt naked.

This allows a prehensile appendage that extends from his lower posterior.

Her Quirk: Acid
She can make a deadly chemical that creates a corrosive liquid from her own bare skin. However, the more she uses her power, the more her skin will suffer long consequences to resistance.

His Quirk: Pop off
He can produce extremely sticky, removable spheres from his head, making it a sticky substance trap for anyone caught in them except for him and it allows him to bounce off from it. Though the more time he pulls them off, the more likely his head will bleed even more than ever.

It was probably a mistake.
Or they purposely changed it because they usually do that when making the anime in English for some reason. I mean they made two characters in Sailor Moon cousins, because they were lesbians in the Japanese version and it wouldn't go well in America. So they probably made her not trans in the English dub because it had to pass into America. But it was probably a mistake.

Tora No because the government classifies them. When they find out what your quirk is it goes on your record. So if the police looked up someone’s name, it would show their date of birth and all that, including their quirk. This is just what I gathered from the show, but I’m almost certain I’m right, but I could be wrong
