- Build a Compact Flash card solid state drive for many popular 8-bit-based machines, such as those using any of the Motorola 68xx family, or the MOS 6502 family. In this video, a 64 MB Type I card is used, but anything up to 1 GB should work fine - larger cards were not tested. A very simple file system, written in 6800 assembly and interfaced with SWTBUG for the HM-68 computer, is included. The file system could (should?) be modified, expanded and improved in any number of ways; consider it a "jumping-off point."
