So my dad was a Church of Christ minister in Cleveland for years dying from cancer. He saw what Jonathan said in the interview after he stood and shared it over the internet with everybody he could especially the mostly black church members there. Jonathan’s simple faith did more for the black community that day than billions of BLM dollars ever could. Thank you Jonathan!

This guy has been blackballed in the NBA. He's ready to play, but the Magic are keeping him on injured reserve from his previous ACL tear. Then they used his unvaccination status to further prevent him from taking the court. He is a solid inside player who should be given a chance to perform.
I was once a devoted NBA fan but when the overwhelming anti-American sentiment overtook my favorite sport, I had to turn off the TV. I still love the sport but I love my country more. This outstanding young man will have a wonderful sports career but he will also be great post NBA.
He is such a wonderful role model and it is always wonderful to hear his Christian testimony. Very impressed by his courage and wisdom.

as each sports franchise knelt, i stopped watching them. some things can not be forgiven.
What’s so bad about kneeling?
In this day and age, this young man has integrity, good moral character, good attitude and principles.
I am very proud of Jonathan as a man first then an American.
His humble approach is nice. Nothing negative towards others, yet pure authentic.
All the players that knelt during the National Anthem are not smart because they are playing in America where they get high salaries. They should start playing in Cuba and note the difference.
